Newly renovated spacious and bright apartment in close proximity to ski buses to Janské Lázně and Pec pod Sněžkou (you can walk in skis). Smaller resorts (Duncan, Mladé Buky) can also be reached on foot. Parking is in a public parking lot in front of the house. In close proximity there is a supermarket, playground and restaurant with great beer and burgers. The place is great not only in winter for skiing, but also for cycling, hiking and car trips. There are many attractions within reach. The ideal place for a family holiday in the Giant Mountains!

There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

There are two bedrooms. There is also a bathroom, a toilet and a living room with a kitchen. The apartment also includes a heated ski box. The kitchen is fully equipped, furnished with Miele appliances and for coffee lovers we offer a Nespresso coffee machine. WiFi, Sonos sound system and smart TV incl. Netflix.

On the ground floor of the house there are two other small apartments for rent.

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
