Vielen Dank Nello! Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Guia.. die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, das haben wir vorher selten so gesehen. Die Wäsche hat toll gerochen, die Küche war für wirklich alle Bedürfnisse ausgestattet, die gesamte Wohnung hat geglänzt, es war alles für ein kleines feines Frühstück vorhanden, das mobile Klimagerät hat getan was es sollte und die Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Weinberge war einfach traumhaft. Es hat einfach alles gepasst, Nello war immer erreichbar und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This place is a little piece of heaven. A real sanctuary... the sauna, hot tub and oh my god, THE VIEWS!!! Lorenzo, the host, was so kind and helpful. He provided us step by step instructions and made sure we had a worry-free stay! We highly recommend booking this Airbnb ❤️

Wanda’s place was even better in person than in the photos. It was such a lovely surprise. The apartment had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The beds were super cozy, and the kitchen was well-equipped and easy to use. Even though we only stayed for one night, the apartment ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. We’d love to come back and stay longer next time!

La casa è favolosa moderna arredata con gusto e studiata nei minimi dettagli. La Spa è una chicca che dona ancora più prestigio all'alloggio. Speriamo di ritornarci e di potervi soggiornare più giorni. Pietro è una persona molto disponibile e presente per ogni evenienza. Consigliatissimo.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, weil unsere Heimreise von Umbrien nach München ohne Pause mit Hund sonst zu lang gewesen wäre. Wir konnten in der wirklich ruhigen Umgebung runterkommen und so am nächsten Tag relaxt weiterfahren. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, ist entzückend eingerichtet, hat sehr bequeme Betten und ein modernes Bad. Vom Balkon schaut man direkt auf Berge und kann entspannen. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft. Gerne wieder.

Der Check-in war einfach und absolut unkompliziert. Das Haus entsprach genau den Bildern und war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von der Ausstattung – sowohl die Küche als auch die Bäder waren hervorragend eingerichtet und ließen keine Wünsche offen. Der Blick aus dem Garten ist wunderschön und der Whirlpool war ein echtes Highlight – super angenehm und entspannend. Auch die Gastgeber waren jederzeit hilfsbereit und haben immer sehr schnell auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! 😊😊

Die Wohnung von Giuliana und Davide ist ganz bezaubernd. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Terrasse und der Balkon laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Unterkunft ist blitzsauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen

L'appartement est chaleureux, dans une authentique maison de montagne au calme. Bien situé dans la ville de Pozza Di Fazza à proximité de toutes commodités, pour visiter les alentours et faire de la randonnée. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Nous reviendrons avec joie.

Katya is a nice host and recommended a lot of restaurants. We went to the apartment very late on the first day, and she still waited until we arrived.

Ottima soluzione e sistemazione. L’arrivo è autonomo soprattutto per noi che avevamo scelto di passare la giornata a QC Terme Dolomiti. La camera è molto accogliente, tutto era super pulito e profumato. Il bagno è in ottime condizioni e funzionale. Il Posto auto praticamente sotto casa è stato apprezzato poiché comodo ed utile. La vista sulle montagne dalla finestra della camera è meravigliosa. Paolo è stato chiaro preciso e reattivo. Consigliato. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Alex and Marica’s place is absolutely stunning! They’re quick to respond and the place looks exactly as in the pictures. The location is the best thing about this listing. Just a 1 min walk to the main bus stand with buses to nearby towns and bolzano, and 5 mins to the supermarket. Cable car is also within walking distance. The town has some nice bars and cafés too. Note - It is indeed not suitable for people over 180cm.

Absolutely Remarkable place, the ever changing conditions viewed from the main window from clouds to sunny to the villages below make it the perfect sport to sit and stare for hours. The location is one of the nicest we saw during our entire trip in the Dolomites. Private and stunning scenery. The loft is beautiful, with all the amenities you need. We were a family of 4 and managed there comfortably. Stefano and Francesca responded immediately to any questions and very helpful recommending restaurants or things to do. We’ll be back some day!!

Casa Mara to miejsce idealne ! w samym centrum Predazzo , parę kroków od najlepszej pizzerii , piekarni i marketu. widok z okna bajeczny. Sam apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony we wszystkie sprzęty, wygodne łóżka, nowoczesna łazienka ( a nawet 2 ), wszędzie czyściutko. dodatkowe plusy za parking oraz dobry kontakt z wlascicielka która jest przemiła i bardzo pomocna. polecam !!! jeśli będę w Predazzo to na pewno zatrzymam się ponownie w Casa Mara :)

We stayed for a skiweek and rented a locker in predazzo lift area so didnt have to carry ski stuff. The appartement was clean, tidy and well located in the center. Parking is easy in the park square, 3 mins walk. Just use the pass you get to open the gate. You can drive in front off the house to unload luggage, no problems. The bedrooms are easy to cool at night, or warm if you prefer. Beds are made and towels are provided. You need to bring kitchen stuff like oil, pepper, salt, coffee, tea etc. With four nearly adults the dinner table is a bit small but we squeezed in and had all the dinners there anyway. Very quiet at night, a bit of sun on the balcony in the afternoon. A special place in a special area! Supermarkt and little shops closeby. Alpe Lusia is a beautiful skiing area, we also enjoyed Latemar and Alpe Cermis.

Das am besten ausgestattete Airbnb, dass wir bisher hatten. Es war perfekt mit einem 1.5 jährigen Kind. Genügend Zimmer, viele Spielsachen & Bücher. Eine riesige kinderfreundliche Terrasse und in Gehdistanz Bauernhoftiere. Viele nützliche Tipps, schöne Wanderwege direkt vor der Tür und eine geniale Aussicht. Alles war super einfach und unkompliziert. Marie war sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Nicht erschrecken bei der Anfahrt. Es geht ziemlich steil eine kurze, schmale Strasse hoch. Zum Glück kommt kaum etwas entgegen.

Alles super, würden die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen! Ein bisschen Öl & Salz zum kochen wären noch hilfreich gewesen 🙂 Alles war sauber, ordentlich und aufgeräumt.

There’s two types of people that own Airbnb’s. The first is a business owner that doesn’t care and the second is a husband and wife that put their heart and soul into their house and their existence. Luca is such a person with his wife. They are fantastic. Just like coming home after not seeing your parents for several years. Not only were they polite, but they had everything that you could possibly want to make your stay so enjoyable from the extras in the kitchen to a weapon size wine opener. Truly a wonderful feeling they give in a wonderful place. The location is stunning. And near everything you want to do, I cannot think of a better Time I’ve had at an Airbnb. It’s like your home for a couple days. It’s wonderful. Highly recommended.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Daniels Wohnung. Die Fotos von der Wohnung entsprechen der Realität. Die Ausstattung ist super, wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Blick auf die schneebedeckten Berge aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster ist wunderschön. Die ruhige Lage der Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Man kann direkt von der Haustüre aus wandern gehen. Im Ort selbst gibt es an der Hauptstraße einen kleineren Laden, der alles notwendige zu fairen Preisen parat hat. In den benachbarten Ortschaften findet man auch größere Supermärkte oder Discounter. Wir waren äußerst zufrieden mit dieser Wohnung und würden jederzeit gerne wieder hier unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Wir hatten tolle Tage in Scanna. Mit einem Fahrzeug sind viele tolle Ziele zu erreichen. Rosaria bzw. ihr Mann hatte tolle Tipps für Aktivitäten und Restaurants. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, sogar ein paar Gewürze, Duschgel etc. Die Wohnung ist zu zweit großzügig, etwas dunkel, aber durch die Mitnutzung des wunderschönen Gartens fanden wir das nicht schlimm. Wir haben viel Zeit im Garten verbracht üvor allem zum Essen und abends auf ein Kaltgetränk.

Wir haben selten so super freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber erlebt. Maria und Dominic waren jederzeit erreichbar, haben schnell geantwortet und sich immer wieder um unser Wohlbefinden gekümmert. Da es sehr heiß war, haben sie uns auf Nachfrage sogar einen Ventilator vorbeigebracht. Wirklich eine sehr tolle Betreuung ☺️ Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, da wir zuvor hilfreiche Anweisungen erhalten haben. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem Notwendigem ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Auf dem Balkon kann man die Aussicht genießen und sich auch gut abends entspannen, da dann die Sonne weggeht. Im Ort selbst befinden sich eigne Restaurants und ein Bäcker. Die nächst größere Stadt Lana ist sehr schnell zu erreichen und bietet mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr empfehlen können wir die Wanderung zum Knottnkino und die Wanderung auf den kleinen Ifinger ⛰️

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für einen Städtetrip in Vicenza. Zentraler wohnen kann man nicht. Natürlich ist es daher auch abends etwas lauter, aber wer sich daran stört, sollte nicht nach Italien fahren. Man kann auch die Fenster komplett schließen, dann ist es ruhig. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich und hat uns sogar vorher in die Wohnung gelassen, weil wir zu früh da waren. Und war darüber hinaus super freundlich. Auschecken und einchecken hat ebenfalls perfekt geklappt.
