Die ruhige Lage direkt am Landschaftsschutzgebiet schließt eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung nicht aus. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ins Zentrum und zum Hauptbahnhof erreicht man in wenigen Minuten fußläufig. Mit dem Auto ist man in 3 min auf der A52. Messe Essen: ca. 10 min; Messe Ddorf: ca. 30 min Flughafen Ddorf: ca. 20 min; CentrO : ca. 25 min (jeweils mit dem Auto)

Auch der Zoo und die Regattabahn (Wedau) lassen sich innerhalb von 20 Minuten erreichen! Ihr wohnt in der 1. Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

Ein schickes Apartment , modern eingerichtet mit voll ausgestatteter Küche. Zum benutzen sind auch Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine bereitgestellt . Kaffee Pads und Teebeutel sind vorhanden, Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden bereit gestellt.
