Im Wallfahrtsort Ginderich, finden Sie uns im Ortsteil Werrich. Hier ist es schön ruhig und ländlich. Der Name verrät, Sie haben einen Weitblick auf Felder, Wiesen und auf die Rheinbrücke Wesel. Von uns aus, bieten sich eine Vielzahl an Radwegen an, um den Niederrhein zu entdecken. Die Wohnung ist für 2-4 Personen.Haustiere nach Rücksprache

Ferien, Messe, Geschäftsreisen, kleine Fotoshooting (nur auf Anfrage), Wochenendurlaub... Gefällt Ihnen das Andere, Besondere? Dann liegen wir auf einer Wellenlänge. Die komplett sanierte Degenfabrik bietet Ihnen ein Ambiente, das die Zeit ein wenig langsamer laufen lässt. Parkplatz vorhanden, 10 bis 15 min zur City, diverse Restaurants und Geschäfte, Regionalbahnanbindung. Die Sportanlage liegt hinter dem Haus. Im selben Gebäude betreiben wir eine Kunstgalerie, die gerne besichtigt werden kann.

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

The house, built in 1971, has just been completely renovated and newly furnished. Every guest – big or small – will quickly feel at home. The spacious living and dining room area overlooks a large, secluded garden. Everything is light and friendly. On the large terrace you can have a leisurely breakfast, barbecue or simply sunbathe. All rooms are tastefully furnished and offer a pleasant level of comfort.
