Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Mohawk River

Our stay at 58 Henry is by far the best Air B&B trip ever experienced. The apartment was beautiful and spotless with every amenity we needed for the weekend. The location was perfect for walking to all downtown Saratoga restaurants and bars. And despite being so close to all of the activities of the city, the apartment was private and quiet, with the most comfortable beds, pillows and linens for sleeping. We had several questions during our stay which were always answered very quickly and in a kind, gracious and friendly manner. Upon checking in, we were greeted with a box of the most delicious freshly made bakery cookies, and after forgetting a watch behind us after checking out, we were allowed to re-enter the property an hour after check out to retrieve that item. I cannot recommend this property or the hosts more sincerely. I wish that all weekend getaway stays could be this comfortable and perfect and that all host were so accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay with Lowell. He was a very helpful and friendly host. The place was nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated that it was a dog friendly home as we brought our 2 dogs with us. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

Morgan was a great host, and his property was perfect for our group! Good proximity to Saratoga Springs, and was perfect for when we were visiting the race track. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay in Utica. The space was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and well equipped. We especially appreciated Ryan's hospitality and outstanding communication. The location had convenient access to the city with many excellent choices of restaurants and breweries within walking distance. We recommend this stay to anyone looking to explore Utica and it's historic charm.

Fantastic views. Cozy cottages. A retreat/adventure rolled into one. Tons to do in the area, Lake George just minutes away if you are looking for a bit more hustle and bustle, or stay lakeside and enjoy the complimentary kayaks and of course if you’re up for a bit more of a challenge head out early to climb Hadley and take in the breath taking views Lake Luzerne has to offer! My family will definitely be heading back next summer. Thanks Chandelier

Staying at Etem’s place was an absolute pleasure. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, clean, and exactly as described. The space was cozy, thoughtfully designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and well-kept spot with a great host.

We enjoyed our stay at Melody Manor. The unit was immaculate and had everything you need. The view was fabulous! We were there in the off season so it was quiet - but, just what we were looking for. I can see how this would be a great place to stay in the summer - pool, tennis/pickle ball, kayaks, paddle boards, etc. Very happy with Rose and how responsive she was - will definitely consider staying here again if we are back in Lake George!

Loved our stay! Property way beautiful and clean. Very roomy for our family of 9, great full kitchen, and comfy beds. Spent a lot of time in the backyard enjoying the lake and kayaks Shawn had available. Location on Lake Luzerne was perfect because it's so private and away from the crowd on Lake George but is only a short 15 minute drive to the village. Shawn was very responsive and flexible, so easy to communicate with! Definitely recommend staying here 10/10!

We decided to stay at Patricia’s as a last minute decision on our way back to Boston from the south. We needed two days of peace and quiet and this is just what we got. We just wished we’d had longer. Patricia was very responsive and flexible with us as we could not communicate due to having no phone. Patricia and Lenny met us at the place and explained everything giving recommendations for the area. They are both lovely and accommodating. The cabin is lovely, homely, comfortable and private. It rained whilst we were there but it did not matter as the deer, rabbits and birds still visited us. Bring your provisions before you get here and you won’t need to leave. However, the nearest town is 10 miles away do not too arduous if you don’t. This place is well worth the money if you wish to experience the rurality and peacefulness of the Catskills and Patricia and Lenny offer a lovely place in which to do it. Thoroughly recommend and thank you both for your hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at Robert’s property while celebrating our child’s 2nd birthday. The home was beautiful, spacious, and impeccably maintained—exactly what we were hoping for. Even though the weather was a bit rainy at times, we were lucky to get some clear moments to enjoy the lovely surroundings, and the space was cozy enough to enjoy indoors as well. We invited a few friends over to celebrate, and everyone had a fantastic time. The home was perfect for hosting a small gathering and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our special occasion. Robert was an outstanding host—very responsive and thorough in making sure we had all the information we needed about the property. He clearly puts a lot of care into both the home and his guests’ experience. We stayed for two nights and truly didn’t want to leave. It was a memorable trip for our family, and we’re so grateful for the experience. Thank you again, Robert—we’d love to return in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay here, it was so peaceful and quiet. We loved the pond, wiffle ball field, outbuilding and fire pit. It was so nice to host the team for a party and enjoy conversations. The home is very charming and the porch is amazing! Loved it!!

Glenda’s house was nothing but amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. We loved staying here, it felt cozy and comfortable, the pool is nice and updated. We would definitely come back here again.

What a beautiful setting! Wi-Fi was reliable, which was important to us. We would return to this house in the future.

Our extended family of 9 had a fantastic stay at Diamond Point. Plenty of comfortable space whether we all wanted to be together or space to be alone. Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Rebeca was promptly responsive to the one issue we encountered, which was essentially weather related and all was well. Thank you Rebeca we had a wonderful stay.

The Honeybee Cabin was absolutely phenomenal. My friends and I go on a group trip every year and this definitely was one of the best trips we had! The property and house were terrific and worth every penny. Julie and Gina were also AWESOME hosts! I would 100% recommend staying at the Honeybee Cabin!!!
