You want to find a cozy nest of 50 m2 in Ancenis, town bordering the Loire, between Nantes and Angers, it is here. The apartment is located in the city center, on a small square, 10 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the walks on the banks of the Loire. The decoration is the Scandinavian type but warm. It is well equipped, everything is provided, linens, bed linens and bath linens. It is on the 1st floor, without elevator and the garden is available to tenants.

Small 17th century rural manor completely renovated with pool access (April to end of October), at the crossroads of Brittany, Anjou and Pays de Loire, located 12 km from Châteaubriant and 40 km from Nantes and Rennes. The square tower is completely autonomous and includes on 3 levels a fitted kitchen, living room, a suite and a bedroom. Private garden Quiet and relaxing place ideal for discovering the Châteaux de la Loire, the Forêt de Brocéliande and the beaches of the Atlantic.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located near the new Rennes-Angers axis, as a couple or for work, you will spend pleasant nights in an atypical setting. Day use possible subject to availability upon request. The accommodation is of course entirely non-smoking. The price indicated for 2 people is for a single bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, a supplement will be requested). The accommodation is a fully open space, it is not suitable for colleagues.

Our charming house is located in the peaceful countryside of Guipry-Messac, 4.4 km from the city center in the 35th department in Brittany, our house is the perfect base from which to explore the local area. Only 7 km from the Lohéac car village, 30 km from the Rennes exhibition center in Bruz, and 35 km from the city of Rennes, you will have easy access to local attractions. The Breton coast is only 1.5 hours away, and the Vilaine towpath is accessible 3 km away.

GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.
