A steep staircase leads to a loft with a double bed. The entrance area (lower level) is located with a glass front facing the courtyard. The bathroom, kitchen and gallery have windows to the garden. 6 minutes' walk to the S-Bahn subway station to Frankfurt (about 30 minutes to the city), good connection to the A3. Currently 2G!

Butchers and bakers are within walking distance, as are Rewe, Lidl and Co. The apartment is on the ground floor of a 2-story house. Private Internet connection, smart TV, ventilation system and shutters as well as blackout curtains are provided. Coffee and water are always available for the first night upon arrival. We welcome you to the beach apartment! In a former bank branch, you will find 2 spacious bedrooms with queen-size beds and enough space for your luggage. The spacious living and dining area is completed by the wardrobe in the entrance area as well as an office corner. The kitchen offers you everything you need as well as a small coffee and tea bar that makes it easier to start the day. The bathroom has a large shower with rainwater shower and a towel warmer!

Living in a farmhouse

You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. Cost for sauna is an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.

Our modern furnished apartment with balcony is located in the attic of our house with great views of the forest, a larger pond on the edge of the forest and a small pond right in front of the house in the garden. Pure nature and relaxation are guaranteed - hiking, biking or just relaxing! Frankfurt, Heidelberg, Mainz and Wiesbaden can be reached in about an hour by car. A car is highly recommended - there is hardly any connection with public transport.

Modern apartment in a quiet location of Aschaffenburg

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.
