Mondello Luxury Apartment

At just 50meters from Mondello beach!!! Luxury apartment with sea & village view. All the amenities for a perfect holiday near this sea of tropical colors! Many shops just nearby make things easy. Parking outside is free from October 1st to end of May after you have to pay on blu stripes from 08:00 to 20:00. In Some street without blue stripes you can park for free even between June and Sept. We do not have any private parking. Another option is a private garage just below our apartment.

Exclusive and independent apartment within a splendid villa overlooking a delightful cove along the Addaura coastline, which links Palermo to the well-known Mondello beach. For guests who will not settle for a house just by the sea but want it ON the sea. Access to the sea is private and direct, through a private gate and a few steps that lead from the front door to a comfortable seafront frequented only by the villa's guests. The host's family lives in the villa, in independent apartments.

On foot or by free shuttle, you can reach the square of the village of Mondello.

The house is equipped with every appliance and all the comforts you will need. There is Wi-Fi in the apartment.

In the living room there is a dining table and a sofa bed; the bedroom is very spacious; the kitchenette is equipped with all the useful tools to prepare your lunches. There is a laundry room with laundry only at your disposal. In the bathroom there is a large and comfortable shower and personal hygiene products.
