Our house has 3 fully air-conditioned 4* apartments, a pool and a large garden area that everyone can use, all renovated in 2017. It is a 7-minute walk to the sea, a 10-minute walk to the village of Ika and a 15-minute walk to the city center of Lovran. Two supermarkets are within walking distance. The next major city, Opatija, can be reached via Franz-Josef-Weg along the sea in 6 km or in 10 minutes by car/bus. Each apartment has a secure parking space in the courtyard.

Nice apartment in a quiet zone, 2 minutes from the sea. The apartment is a 10 minute walk to the city center and a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach and pools. Our home is children and pets friendly. There is a park nearby for your children and furry friends to play. Free parking on the premises under a pergola.

The apartment is situated in the house, where we have in all 3 apartments. Beli križ is a quiet district of Portorož, with 2km distance from the nearest beach. The apartment was partly reconstructed in 2015. The apartment is situated near two others.

Our apartments are located in Ika, and about 300m walking distance to the sea. Each apartment has access to an outdoor swimming pool and a balcony. The views from the blacony are breathtaking. The vibrant city of Opatija is 3.5km away.
