Inside there are two bedrooms equipped with double beds (160x200 in one and 140x200 in the other), air conditioning, heating and televisions also equipped with satellite antenna (at the time of the photos they were not yet present), two bathrooms equipped with shower, a large and elegant living room also furnished with Sicilian details, equipped with a double sofa bed (can be used on request at an additional cost of 20 euros per person) and a screen, also equipped with air conditioning and TV, communicating through a large opening with the kitchen area equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, a breakfast table and anythingelse needed to make you feel at home; there is also a laundry room equipped with washing machine, so as to comfortably allow even long stays. Location: Ten minutes from the central station and taxi stop, located in the heart of the historic center, between Via Maqueda and Via Roma, a few steps from some of the main monuments of the city, including: Piazza Pretoria, the church of Martorana and that of Santa Caterina, the Quattro Canti (crossroads of ancient Palermo), the Cathedral and the Royal Palace, to name just some of the beautiful monuments that are part of the Arab-Norman route ( recognized UNESCO heritage).
