Kent’s place was perfect—just as described! Super clean, well-stocked, and in a great location close to IU, which made going back and forth easy. Kent was very accommodating and flexible with our late checkout request. I’ve bookmarked it for all our future IU visits!

Price was a little high, but for the university graduation weekend, it was to be expected. Hotel rooms go for $1500 a night!

This is the second time I stayed at John’s property. It is conveniently located on campus, and walkable to the stadium. The home is furnished tastefully, clean and stocked with all essentials. John also responds quickly to questions. I would definitely recommend checking out this property. It’s a gem!

We were so impressed with everything at Alex’s place. We totally appreciated the snack layout especially - LOL. There was plenty of space for us all. We totally enjoyed the access to the B-line. The decor was amazing, especially as IU grads of the early 90’s. The porch was a great hang. We played cornhole in the back yard. We would definitely stay there again!

Gregory's place was beautiful. it was very clean and had everything we needed. my favorite part was the deck. I loved the swing!

My friends and I loved Michael’s place! Everything was clean and the place was just as pictured/described-we felt right at home. Michael was very easy to communicate with and provided clear, easy check in/check out instructions. I’d highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage is adorable and Yaling has arranged the rooms with much thought. It was spotless and very homey. Yaling was very responsive proactively and during the stay. I would not hesitate to book here again.

had a pleasant stay at Nicolas’s basement studio. The space was impressively clean and well-maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Nicolas clearly takes pride in keeping the studio in great condition—everything from the floors to the bathroom felt freshly cleaned and tidy. The studio itself is well-organized and has all the basics you need for a short stay. The furniture was comfortable, and the bed provided a good night’s rest. I also appreciated the quiet and privacy that came with being in a basement space—it felt like a peaceful retreat. That said, one thing to be aware of is that the studio is a bit dim. As it’s located in a basement, there’s limited natural light, which made it feel a little enclosed during the day. Adding more lighting or finding a way to increase natural light would definitely improve the overall atmosphere. Still, if you’re looking for a clean, cozy, and quiet place to stay, this studio is a solid option.

We stayed at Samira’s place for two nights to meet family and see a show together in Bloomington. We had a wonderful time and I especially love how there are so many independent businesses in the city. It’s very walkable. The studio is exactly as pictured. Modern, airy, equipped. The a/c was on when we arrived which was a huge relief! Thank you, Samira!! Very comfortable bed (and we count ourselves as hard to please on that front!) Samira and Tareq were so responsive. I needed their help a couple of times, and no sooner had I messaged, I could see one of the hosts responding right away. True spirit of customer service. Thank you both! We also loved eating at your restaurant!

We had a nice time staying here for a business meeting we were in town for. Cameron is response and very helpful. Place is exactly as described and felt just like home. Wish we could have stayed longer to check out the area.

Lil Bub’s Really Nice Apartment is everything and more! It’s super cozy, close to the B-Line, and walkable to all sorts of great spots. Michael was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. He communicated in detail and very clearly. The coupons to Cardinal were a great welcome gift and we were excited to use them. TL;DR: LONG LIVE LIL BUB!

Mikala was very accommodating, quick to respond and very helpful. We were in Bloomington to visit family and she was very kind to let us have family over for dinner and the kids for an overnight! She helped make our visit in Bloomington very special!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Kristen’s recently renovated condo. The space was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the in-unit laundry was a huge plus. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was well supplied with plenty of towels and toiletries. A grocery store and Target are walking distance from the condo complex. Check in was smooth and hassle free. Overall, a very positive experience-we would absolutely stay here again!

The Cozy Condo is exactly as described, small and cozy. It was perfect for the two of us. Sharon went above and beyond to make us feel at home and added special touches just for us. The only drawback was that it was much further from downtown Bloomington than we thought. It took us about 40 minutes to drive to the B-Line trail. That was on me, I should have done more research. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet and cozy place to stay near Bloomington, I highly recommend Sharon's Cozy Condo.

Scott and Lee were exceptionally responsive and accommodating with our check-in time. Their property was exactly what we were looking for—clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located.

Driving up we were greeted by beautiful deer at the entry! The peaceful area was very relaxing and once we were inside it was perfection. We got settled in and slept amazingly on that comfortable mattress! Check in and checkout were a breeze and if we’re in the area again we’d definitely stay again!

Jessica was an amazing host! Very friendly and accommodating. The place was beautiful. We had a great weekend! I would stay here again and recommend others to stay here!

Great place to stay if you’re enjoying lake Monroe, visiting Bloomington, or going to campus. Quiet and right off the golf course. Will not hesitate to stay again if I’m back in the area!

Great condo. Exactly like description and pictures. Very clean and orderly. Carpets, furnishings and everything seemed new and were comfortable. Only 4 of 5 stars on value because we stayed on a very busy high demand weekend. I’m sure that on a “normal” weekend it is definitely a 5 star value. Great location and is walkable to the Square and Kirkwood Ave. I would definitely book again if needed!
