Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Monroe County

This is the second time I stayed at John’s property. It is conveniently located on campus, and walkable to the stadium. The home is furnished tastefully, clean and stocked with all essentials. John also responds quickly to questions. I would definitely recommend checking out this property. It’s a gem!

It was my second stay and it was just as amazing as the first. My dog loves the backyard and enjoys her stay just as much as I do.

Nice and relaxing . House was very nice, clean and in good walking distance to everything. Host gave great instructions and let us enjoy our time. Really enjoyed the stay 10/10 would stay again

I had a wonderful stay in this adorable home. It was the perfect size for one or two people and had everything I needed. The back yard was especially beautiful thanks for Maureen’s flowers and care for the yard. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Maureen was an excellent host and had great communication. She was incredibly responsive to a small issue and it didn’t cause me any trouble at all.

The home was very nicely decorated and very clean. Libby left us snacks and drinks which was very much appreciated after our long drive. We didn’t get to spend much free time at the house because we were visiting friends but next time we will have to try out the hot tub! The home was perfect for our weekend, clean and comfortable and the 2nd bathroom was really nice to have. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Lake Lemon.

We had a lovely stay at the dome! It's an absolutely lovely spot, everything is comfortable and well-stocked, and I'd definitely stay again if we happen to be in the area. My only hesitation in recommending the place would be that if you're on the taller side, the bedroom area will probably not be very comfortable. The ceiling up there is definitely low as well as slanted, and while it didn't affect us (my partner and I are...definitely not tall ourselves), it'd be an issue for others. Other than that, I highly recommend the place!

We came down to spend time with our son and this place was perfect! It was less than a mile from his apartment! The place was clean and super cute! We didn’t spend much time there, but it was perfect for what we needed!

We visited Bloomington for two nights during graduation weekend and booked the bnb just 40 mins before arrival! Cyndi was very responsive and accommodating, calling to explain the apartment setup (adjoining unit to the main house with a private entrance) before welcoming us with a bottle of wine. The apartment comfortably housed three: a king bed for my parents and a futon-bed for me. It features a spacious bathroom (accessible from living room and bed room), high-quality bathroom linens, well-equipped with a coffee bar and crockery, tons of board games, ping pong, and convenient carport parking with an EV charger. There's a lovely garden shared with hosts, who gave us a great tour. Deer sightings are common! Although hosts have pets, they respected our comfort and kept pets away. Privacy was excellent, with clear instructions throughout the space. Would absolutely stay here again! 5/5.

We needed a last minute stop on our way home from a camping trip and this place was perfect. Beautiful golf course and quiet neighborhood. Just a 20 min drive to Bloomington for all the good grub. Will definitely be back and be bringing some clubs! Jordan answered all of my questions and messages within 10 mins or less every time and was so helpful. Thank you Jordan!!

This place was exactly what I was looking for. It was close to downtown, an easy drive to IU's Jacobs School of Music, a comfortable bed, and a well-equipped kitchen where I could prepare meals without needing to depend on eating out. I appreciated having the desk with the ability to keep my electronics charged. Andrew and Amy were extremely responsive. I'll check to see if their place is available if and when I'm back in Bloomington, Indiana.

Enjoyed our stay here. Very peaceful and serene, especially in the evenings. Home is nicely updated and the hosts have really thought of everything! Appreciated all the little touches.

Brooke was a very responsive and helpful host! She checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything, and the place was just as described. Off street parking was a plus, and it was close to everything/walkable for our weekend. Highly recommend!

So friendly and helpful even when we had a family emergency. The location is gorgeous!

Me and the guys had a great time. Actually pretty spacious, which surprised us. Very peaceful in big on peace and having an area to myself and this was perfect. A little bit away from all the events we were going too but loved every time we stepped inside the door!!

Very nice and clean condo in a beautiful area, perfect if you want peace but still wants to be close to Bloomington or the lake. The apartment is very nice, clean and cozy. Marji was very responsive and helpful.

The Cozy Condo is exactly as described, small and cozy. It was perfect for the two of us. Sharon went above and beyond to make us feel at home and added special touches just for us. The only drawback was that it was much further from downtown Bloomington than we thought. It took us about 40 minutes to drive to the B-Line trail. That was on me, I should have done more research. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet and cozy place to stay near Bloomington, I highly recommend Sharon's Cozy Condo.

Very nice condo equipped with everything we needed. I appreciate the little details that make it welcoming; like snacks, coffee, umbrella (it rained so very happy to have it handy)..... Spacious, open concept kitchen and living area. Bedrooms are good sizes with comfortable beds and linens. I do recommend this place.

Just returned from a quick stay at Brandon's condo. We were extremely impressed with Brandon's communication and very quick responses. The condo is very clean, well appointed and private. We thoroughly enjoyed the nearby swimming pool, too! Great stay overall and will definitely return if in the area.

Jessica was an amazing host! Very friendly and accommodating. The place was beautiful. We had a great weekend! I would stay here again and recommend others to stay here!

This place was nice and super clean. It felt like a home .I recently had the pleasure of staying and I am thoroughly impressed. The property is well-maintained, offering modern amenities, a clean and comfortable living space, and excellent security measures. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone seeking a quality .

Great condo. Exactly like description and pictures. Very clean and orderly. Carpets, furnishings and everything seemed new and were comfortable. Only 4 of 5 stars on value because we stayed on a very busy high demand weekend. I’m sure that on a “normal” weekend it is definitely a 5 star value. Great location and is walkable to the Square and Kirkwood Ave. I would definitely book again if needed!

Shannon did a great job communicating, seamless arrival and very clear departure instructions. Everything was as pictured, very clean, organized, would definitely stay here again. Great host!
