The home is a real gem. I loved that it was located in a very quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to several grocery stores and shopping centers. The unit is a detached garage that was reconverted but it was very clean and well maintained with a classy creative touch! Will definitely be coming back!

I love staying at one of Anthony’s places. They are Always very clean and fully equipped. The location is very quiet and I feel very safe there. Tamera’s space is perfect! From the moment we arrived in the neighborhood we were in love! The host was kind and responsive, the house was equipped with everything we needed, and the tenants in the front house were extremely nice (getting to meet their cute dogs made our day) The home felt private and we loved sitting outside to enjoy the beautiful yard. We easily felt at home and would absolutely stay again.

A great stay at a place that was exactly as advertised. The location allowed me to get into LA easily without paying LA prices. It also avoided the traffic going into LA. Space was as shown in the pictures and the instructions provided by Rex made perfect sense and made it easy to come and go. Parking was right outside the unit.

Loved our stay at Shawn's place! Super beautiful yard and peaceful neighborhood. Provided us just the respite we needed due to being displaced from the fires. The only thing I'd recommended is making the decorating a bit simpler and removing some furniture items. Space felt a bit crowded and cluttered. Living area didn'took like the pictures. That said, I still recommend it and would stay again!

The house lived up to the expectations, LOVE that the kitchen had shutter windows where we could see the backyard & cook at the same time. We went on a late night walk & the neighborhood seemed really peaceful. 28 min to Disney in the morning, definitely would stay here again when we return to L.A. thanks again Chunjiang!

Had an amazing time 10 stars ⭐️ with my family over Memorial weekend. The house was in excellent condition, Check in was flawless. The house was very clean. Had everything you need, each room has TVs , WiFi, AC wonderful very cold, very comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom, lots of game, great backyard with BBQ, all in all a perfect excellent mini vaca, definitely recommend excellent location. Very peaceful. Did I mention extremely clean, loved it thank you so much Javier. We will definitely book again.

Leo is a great host and is very attentive. Responded to us within minutes and is super helpful. His home was beautifully decorated, well-conditioned with 3 separate AC units. We gave a noticed for broken hair dryer and he brought us a new one within the day. Overall an amazing experience, my friends and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend his home to others for a small getaway trip. Thank you Leo for welcoming us! We will be back!

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Nice place. Quiet. I had no issues getting in. The bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean. They had a steamer for my clothes which was nice as well.

What a wonderful place to stay! Nearby to many restaurants, stores, and bars. The parking was easy to get into and the unit was great! Massive kitchen with everything you could need. The street the unit is on is lined with purple trees and it was so stunning. The host was incredibly accommodating by letting us check in very early and gave us the codes right away for everything. Couldn't recommend this place more!!
