We only stayed briefly in this beautiful home. We were made to feel very welcome and shown every comfort and consideration.

Germana's place is great to visit Kortrijk : close to the center, we felt like at home. Germana is responsive and lives on the spot, which makes it easy to communicate. At the same time, the place where we staid upstairs (a bedroom with a little sofa, a table and a private separate bathroom) allowed us to have some privacy. The breakfast we shared with Germana and her husband was also a great way to start the day.

A huge thank you for spending the 6th year in your wonderful home! As always, the welcome is warm, attentive, and every detail is carefully thought out. Once again, we took full advantage of the spa and this long-awaited break of relaxation. Thank you for all the lovely touches that make our stay always special. See you next year, with great pleasure!

Pascale and her husband were amazing hosts! My friend and I had troubles with public transport, and Pascale was kind enough to fetch us from the bus stop, as this way we didn't have to walk in the dark. We had cake and a glass of wine with both Pascale and her husband. It was a nice ending to our evening. We felt very welcomed from the beginning. Pascale put on a nice breakfast display the following morning with lots of different options. Such kindness and hospitality was shown throughout. I would highly recommend this Airbnb. what a hot shower on arrival. beautiful property. very nice renovated old farmhouse with a very large pond. nicely lit. we had the room on the ground floor overlooking the vegetable garden and the fields. garden with various seating areas. the hostesses and gentleman were very helpful. there is m nice breakfast room with 1 large table. the breakfast was really top. 3 delicious cheeses from the area. homemade bread. pain au chocolate and croissants. 2 types of ham. homemade jam. fresh fruit salad. apple juice from the farmer. there is an outdoor kitchen with fridge for general use and a wood BBQ. We were also allowed to borrow an electric plancha with plates of cutlery bowls and everything! Very good service. Thank you Amelie and parents. We will definitely be back!

Had a very nice stay; clean, spacious and nice places in the area to visit. Swimming pool and garden (with football field) were also very nice for the kids. Repeatable!

The room with balcony had a lot of charm and the furniture and design were beautiful. It was on our way back to Oxford and very convenient. We enjoyed the basketball and local beer from the nearby monastery. The breakfast was very special (fresh croissants, baguettes, homemade marmalade, ...). Carol was extremely helpful, explaining the history of the region and the house and recommending places for dinner and nice walks. We will definitely book again.

Laurence was a super host! Upon arrival, she rushed to us (in the pouring rain) to guide us to the room. This room was large, tidy, tidy, spacious, ... and all this in a beautiful large domain. A very small point of criticism - who would otherwise believe this review;-) - the footsteps of the people on the level above us were clearly audible. But Laurence deserves her 5-star review because of excellent value for money. *****

Beautiful guest room in a cozy farmhouse. Dear host. And a delicious breakfast. Very nice bed. The surroundings definitely seem beautiful to me too. But for me, it was only an overnight stay in transit. And get away from the highway.

I booked this accommodation as a secretary for two people coming to spend a month-long professional stay in the laboratory for which I work, so I did not stay there personally but our guests were full of praise for the accommodation and their hosts who were very kind and helpful to them. The accommodation was impeccable both in terms of cleanliness and location. Our two guests will certainly return there during their next stay with us. Personally, as an intermediary between the travelers and the host before the stay, the written exchanges with the host were quite brief and not very warm, so I was a little apprehensive about the reception of our guests, but everything went extremely well, we can only recommend. Thank you to Elena and her husband for taking care of our guests!

Very friendly welcome by Litsa et her husband. Their home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood with lots of greenery. The room is sufficiently spacious with an adjoining bathroom with a bath and shower. The restroom is in the hallway and was only used by us as guests during the stay. We stayed 4 nights and also took the breakfast (generously), which they serve in their living room. They do everything they can to make guests happy (maybe a little too much, but that's personal).

Beautiful, cosy apartment in one of the best cycling spots of Belgium, with beautiful views and a nice pool. Very friendly and helpful host, with lots of great tips for a good time in and around Geraardsbergen.

A piece of paradise in the heart of the Flemish Ardennes - highly recommended! Our time in this oasis of green was downright magical. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in an environment that was both soothing and inspiring. The garden - a piece of Tuscany on the border of Wallonia and Flanders - felt like a hidden gem, where every corner provided a postcard-worthy view. The hosts were undoubtedly one of the highlights of our stay. Warm, welcoming and always up for a cozy conversation, they shared fascinating anecdotes about the region and their passion for Italy. An extra layer for our stay, so that we not only enjoyed, but also learned. We also enjoyed the beautiful and artistic decor. The dinner was a culinary adventure that transported us directly to Italy, enriched with homemade elements, such as the condimento & walnut port. After being awakened by birdsong and a great breakfast, we left satisfied. Thank you!
