It is situated in the canal zone, close to the iconic Tour & Taxis business center and exhibition complex, which is easily accessible via a newly developed park. Once an abandoned industrial quarter, the Tour & Taxis neighbourhood is now undergoing a rapid and fascinating transformation, guided by modern social and sustainability principles.

In a carefully decorated historical house, you will find 5 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom; and on the ground floor, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. The apartment is located 200m from one of the best bakeries of Brussels "Saint-Aulaye". The area is full of little designer shops, concept stores, trendy bars and restaurants and there's a lovely market every Wednesday on the main square located 400m from the apartment. Beautiful industrial loft totaly restaured. Located in our house, the loft is completely private, you share the entrance hall and the backyard with us. The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.

Therefore, you have all the comfort and equipment necessary to enjoy a great stay. Of course, my belongings are there. Close to France, Ragnies, Charleroi or Mons. 1 hour from Brussels. Since September 2023, a new sofa has served as a second bed.
