The house is located away from the village in the middle of forest and meadows with absolute tranquility and a beautiful view. 2-minute drive to the shopping center, 15-minute walk through the forest to the beautiful old town of Monschau. Grill and sunbathing area on the lawn is available. Horses and dogs can be brought along. Forest gorges, deep valleys, daffodil meadows, the Eifel National Park and the magnificent Hohes Venn high moor, as well as the famous Rursee area are all located nearby; a paradise for hikers.

The Eifelloft21 is located above the charming little village of Hammer. It is renovated, but the charm of the wooden house has been preserved. The semi-detached house offers space for two people on approx. 50 square meters. Thanks to the open living concept, you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere. Only the toilet is separated by a door. From the living room with open kitchen you enter the balcony. Close to Rursee, Hohe Venn and Monschau. Price includes 5% Eifel overnight stay package.

Close to nature and relaxing – right next to the Eifel National Park. The tiny house is located above Lake Roer. Hiking trails are right in front of the house. Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

The cozy, quietly located 75 m² 4-bed non-smoking wooden house on a 900 m² property, of which 850 m² is completely fenced, with 12 m² south balcony and 20 m² non-viewable terrace has telephone and Internet (with netbook and Wi-Fi), a 112 cm LCD TV as well as highchair and crib. Hairdryer, blender, spices, iron and ironing board. A washing machine and dishwasher are provided. Dishwashing, cleaning and laundry detergent, toilet and kitchen paper as well as garbage bags are provided.

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Immerse yourself in the heyday of the Monschau textile industry. The Scheibler family built another spacious villa here in 1785, next to the city's landmark, the Red House. The old furniture and the ancestors on the walls testify to the splendor of the past. The apartment in the half-timbered house has three bedrooms, each equipped with two beds, which you can put together or separate as you like.

For my guests, there is 1 double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, so that max 4 guests have room. Breakfast can be enjoyed from the semi-covered terrace with a magnificent view of our garden and fields/meadows/forest.
