On a completely enclosed plot, the house is ideally located in the town center of the commune facing the bakery and restaurant. Ideal place to discover the Region and its riches: Sologne, banks of the Loire, visit to Beauval Zoo (Most beautiful zoo in France) and the many castles of the Loire. Bike path passes in front of the house.

The jacuzzi, on the covered terrace, is heated all year round and is only for you. the nearest shops (bakery, grocery store, butcher shop) are 4 km away in THENAY and all other shops 7 km away in CONTRES. Between Cheverny and Chambord, you will be seduced by the quiet and bucolic environment of our 34 m² cottage located in the heart of Sologne nature. Composed of an entrance, a living room with equipped kitchen and sofa bed (130 cm: for 2 children or 1 adult), a bedroom with a 140 bed, a bathroom and separate toilet. Terrace area with unobstructed views of our park of more than 2 hectares (not enclosed).
