Its 3 bedrooms and 3 water points, will allow you to enjoy your holidays with family or friends. The cottage is fully fenced and has a patio area equipped with a garden furniture and a plancha. House in the residence "Les "Fermes Marines". Located 350m from the sea, it is very close to bike paths and pedestrian paths. Everything is done to decompress: the residence includes green spaces, tennis courts, table tennis, boules... as well as a swimming pool open from June 15 to September 15. The house includes 1 living room with fitted kitchen and sofa bed, a mezzanine with 2 mattresses, 1 bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bathroom and separate toilet.

A closed location is provided to park your vehicle.
