The house is located on the banks of Sèvre Nantaise at the foot of Tiffauges Castle. We rent out part of our house that we have made independent. The accommodation includes an entrance hall, a veranda, a studio (with a bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen and bathroom), a laundry room, a pleasant garden 20 m from the house: between shade and river! Many walks await you whether you like hiking, running, trail running or mountain biking.

Don't turn near Calvaire! It's simple, clean and quiet. Parking is in the yard. The entrance is independent Bedroom, veranda, shower room and toilet are yours. The veranda is not heated in winter! The shower and small kitchen are in the same room. Two double beds, wardrobe, TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, bed linen and towels. No oven or stove! Wi-Fi and TV
