We had a wonderful stay at Tonya’s place! The location was perfect—quiet, peaceful, and within easy walking distance to everything in town. We especially loved the patio, which was a great spot to relax after exploring Ojai. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our family of 5 enjoyed Christmas at Dana's beautiful apartment in Santa Barbara. The neighborhood is perfect location for quiet and a cozy comfortable location. The apartment has great views - much light from the many windows - kitchen well stocked - beds are comfy and we really felt at home staying there. The unit is roomy and we liked having parking on the premisis. Full laundry room was a huge benefit. I recommend this for all ages and occasions. Dana was responsive to our only two requests: help with the Apple TV.

Jamie’s cottage was so inviting and comfortable. It was perfect in every way. And Jamie and Billy couldn’t have been nicer to us. Great folks; great place. Our new go-to place in Ventura!

Jeanne’s cottage was an excellent place for our little group of 3 and 2 dogs, a quick drive to SY and perfectly located for road biking. There is so much wonderful space to wander on the grounds and perfect lawn for dogs to romp around. The cottage is thoughtfully furnished and the kitchen is well stocked. Jeanne and her husband were so nice and made us feel right at home. Without question one of the most dog friendly Airbnb I’ve ever stayed!

What a great Airbnb in the heart of Ventura. Everything in the home reflected perfection and quality. We loved it. Great cafes walking distance and really peaceful and lovely neighborhood. Highly recommend.

What an outstanding cottage! The space is so comfortable and thoughtfully furnished and the hosts couldn't have been more gracious. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces reserved for the unit - an upper deck as well as the garden patio. We hope to return on our next visit.

We had a great time at Ginger's place. It has a beautiful view, nice outdoor spaces, and is very comfortable inside. The air conditioning was great as it was in the 80s and even above 90 for part of our stay. Ginger took care of the few small problems we had right away. The location was great, 5 minutes to State St. and 15 minutes to great beaches where we could take our dogs. Prices in Santa Barbara have gone way up in recent years, but it was worth it.

This was our second time staying at the Oaks and Avo RV. If you enjoy the outdoors, nature, and a super relaxed place to recharge, this is hard to beat. It's about a 5-minute drive to downtown Carp, but the RV itself is in a quiet, secluded neighborhood, tucked into the foothills. We were traveling with our dog and this retro RV and the lovely private yard around it was just what we needed.

Carola was an awesome host! Very responsive, flexible, and nice. The place was extremely clean. Very welcoming and always checked in on us to ensure we were good. I haven’t left a review in a long time but this place was a great experience. 10 stars!

Hector was kind, accommodating and helpful during our stay. We found that he had left little things for us - water bottles, coffee - that made us feel right at home. It was quiet and near the downtown area, which made it a great area for those who love walking.

The property is located behind the main house, but it’s incredibly private and easy to access. We were very impressed with the thoughtful amenities and the cozy, peaceful nature of the cottage — everything was super clean, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. The location is fantastic. Everything you might need — restaurants, beaches, and grocery stores — is just a short walk away. That said, we did rent a car to explore other beaches and nearby towns more conveniently. Sharon provided street parking, which made things easy, but honestly, we could have done without the car for most of our stay. This was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, charming place close to everything.

The property is really pretty! Being on the hillside and overlooking the ocean was beautiful and added the perfect touch to our short vacation!

It’s been lovingly appointed and maintained, stocked with all one would need. We loved relaxing outside, enjoying the flora and fauna. Amy was so gracious and helpful. Already dreaming of returning!

Susan was a great host, and Bungalow Encanto was a perfect place to stay. The amenities inside were so thoughtful, we really appreciated it. The surrounding area couldn't be better, with the beach a short walk away and distance to restaurants so close too. Neighborhood was friendly and welcoming. Very charming experiencing, and and grateful for the opportunity to stay here.

This was one of the best Airbnb places I've ever stayed! Easy and clear communication about checking in, a great neighborhood, thoughtful and beautiful touches like fresh flowers, snacks, drinks in the fridge, and a bottle of welcome wine. All the furniture, towels, bed and kitchen amenities were top notch, as if I was staying at a friend's place, not a temporary vacation rental. Beautiful space and yard, very private and quiet area, abundant street parking, and only a 5 minute drive downtown. Amy's will be my 1st choice from now on anytime I'm planning a trip to Ventura!

As a Ventura native, coming back to my hometown is always so special. This spot was in such a precious location, and was perfect for my boyfriend and I, who spent time in Saticoy with family, went out to eat in Downtown Ventura, and did a day trip to Ojai! It seemed to be right in the middle of all of the most important spots. Andy and Amanda were responsive to any questions we had and were so friendly. The guesthouse was so cute and cozy, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage and would happily book again! Even more charming and peaceful than the photos, the home felt spacious thanks to its open layout and stunning views. The outdoor amenities (jacuzzi, fire pit, and more) were easy to use and made the stay extra relaxing. Just ~10 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara, the location balanced convenience with privacy. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, with clear check-in instructions and well-curated touches throughout the home (from board games to a fully stocked spice rack). One of my best Airbnb experiences to date.

Beautiful, private cottage setting in Summerland. 15 minutes away from Santa Barbara, where we attended a wedding. The place is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Super quiet at night, private, and we had breakfast on the cozy front porch!

Aldo’s place is as described, nice, clean, equipped with high-end appliances and finishes, and great patio with ocean views. We feel welcomed and right at home. We are within a few minutes of walking distance to SBCC, they have a vast lawn for our dogs to play, and have great views of Leadbetter Beach. I highly recommend staying at Aldo’s.

This lovely Santa Barbara guest house was only enhanced by the beautiful surroundings. The mountains, lush green trees and flowers, ocean views nearby, and great seafood! we loved the privacy and completely furnished guest house with an excellently stocked kitchen! Our only regret was that couldn't stay longer! I highly recommend Tony's place to anyone wanting to experience Santa Barbara at it's beautiful best! Tony was a gracious host and perfectly explained and provided everything we needed to enjoy our brief stay.

A great play to stay if you are visiting Ojai. Peaceful and serene, and 10 minute drive to everything. We would def recommend this place for couples and families. Travis and his wife are welcoming and make you feel right at home.

Where can I start?! So many things about this home were just lovely! Beautifully decorated, smelled great, great shower pressure, super easy access to Solvang, Santa Ynez, and Los Olivos… Our stay was truly effortless and relaxing, and we were so grateful to be able to spend the weekend here.
