David's place was perfect for us! It is so comfortable and we loved watching Directv...what a treat! The kitchen space is fully stocked with lots of clear directions. David was very helpful and accommodating. Even the main house seems close to the guest house, it is still VERY private. Thank you David for a wonderful stay!!

Me and my family stayed here for the weekend and it was so beautiful. The house was so clean and they provided us coffee. There was a pool that we got to enjoy. The house itself is so beautiful and it’s very close to the beach. We loved everything about it. We wish we could’ve stayed longer definitely coming back.

The farm is beautiful--blooming flowers, view of the valley and ocean, avocado orchards to wander in. It was perfect for our family with the pool for the the kids, lots of open space to run around in, and close to the beach. The house was well stocked with games and puzzles. House was spotlessly clean. Thank you Connie!

Fantastic location just outside of Santa Barbara but proximal to the Santa Ynez Valley. Jennifer is a great hostess and her recommendations for food and adventures are fantastic. Would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to get away.

Hilary’s home was wonderful. Great location just minutes away from downtown Solvang. The home was well stocked and the gourmet kitchen was wonderful to cook in. The kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the views and coolbreeze on the pool deck. It was super relaxing! We loved the 2 pianos in the home which we enjoyed playing a few tunes on. We did a zip line tour which was only minutes away from the home. Multiple fruit trees and flowers enhanced the manicured property. Our doggy enjoyed the lawn but did pick up ticks on our walk around the neighborhood. We were able to brush them off him. Thankfully he’s on tick and flea prevention. Overall we had a fantastic time and the kids were sad to leave. We could’ve used a few more days! Thank you Hilary for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This property is beautiful and very peaceful. My children came from out of state to celebrate my 60th birthday and it was a great way to spend time with the family. The house is clean and clutter free. The house is very spacious. We enjoyed game time around the table. This was our first trip to Solvang and we will definitely be going back. Thank you for a great weekend. Lots of memories are made.

Bonnie’s home was beautiful- very clean, comfortable, and had lovely surroundings. The pool outside was even better than expected, it was the perfect temperature and felt like a pool in an Italian villa. The hosts are also on-site and were so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here for a memorable weekend!

We loved our stay at Heidi’s place! We were travelling with two children under 10 and stayed for two nights. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The house has a wonderfully warm, lived-in feel—you can tell that your staying in someone’s beautiful home rather than a standard rental—and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was, of course, a huge hit with the kids! Although the weather wasn’t on our side, the spa was perfect for warming up after a chilly swim. We’d definitely love to stay again if (or when!) we return to Santa Barbara.

The home is well kept and cleaned thoroughly. There’s a few bug traps around the house but we didn’t encounter any during our stay. It’s the second house in from the corner which is a busy street but you don’t hear any noise from it. Only complaint would be the windows are old and not the easiest to open - since there is no A/C opening them during our stay was a must. Overall a beautiful house!

Cozy and immaculately maintained 70’s nautical beach vibes. Extremely friendly and responsive host. A very special place! Two things I did not like: 1. 4pm check-in (3pm more reasonable) 2. 10am checkout! (Should be 11am) These adjustments would be more fair to guests still leave plenty of time for cleaning before the next guests arrive.

This was our second time staying at this cottage and we are already looking forward to returning next year. The location is phenomenal, walking distance to restaurants and shopping + a short drive to the beach. The home is comfortable and well thought out; we particularly like all the games available both inside and outdoors. Patrick is a great communicator - quick and thoughtful. Overall, such a great experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Ryan and Holly's house! It's an amazing location, just a few minutes walk to Butterfly Beach and a few minutes walk to the Coast Village for restaurants and shopping and anything you need! Also, it's right near the start of a fantastic bike path the runs along the beach going to Santa Barbara. Our family rented bikes, both pedal and e-bikes, and we hardly had to drive at all the the week we stayed there! Ryan let us borrow boogie boards, beach chairs and a kid's size surf board and our kids were swimming in the ocean every single day even though it was Dec/Jan. On New Year's Eve, just after the sunset, a huge pod of dolphins swam within about 20 yards of where my kids were swimming - so magical! The Airbnb fit the description and matched the photos online. It's definitely more on the rustic side but that was fine with us! We love to camp and it felt a little like camping since we all slept in the same room. The back patio and fire pit was lovely!

We had an amazing stay at Adam’s home. The location couldn’t have been better and the home was beautiful. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Great secluded place that’s close to the beach with the amenities that make you feel right at home.

Great location, easy access to beaches, downtown. Comfy king sized bed. Take advantage of the fresh eggs, they were delicious. The unit is an extension of a family home but has a private entrance and feels separate. Hot tub, garden and sauna are part of a shared space with the host

We had an incredible stay. Beautiful home, very peaceful, comfortable and clean. Walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and Butterfly Beach. We would definitely return!

The house was exactly as described and in the photos. Best things about the place: location, quite neighborhood, easily accessible, close to all the beaches, added bonus is the house has all the beach gear (beach chairs, umbrella, cart to carry and beach towels). I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

This was an awesome stay! The house was beautiful and the yard was gorgeous with so many beautiful plants . My kids loved running around the yard and felt right at home. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It’s in a walkable place, we walked to a park and a nice restaurant for breakfast. And there were a lot of really nice places a short drive in the car we were able to visit. Only downs sides were - the from room is very loud. At night it was difficult to sleep for me but the kids had no issues falling asleep with the sound machine. The back room is darker and quieter. The front door also has some issues with the locking mechanism. Every time we left we struggled with the lock and the door. Minor things compared to all the fun we had!

Our stay was incredibly comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable. The backyard was really well designed as there were many comfy gathering places which includes hammocks, campfires, and marshmallow pits. The house was overall well equipped and extremely clean.

The listing doesn’t even do this place justice. It’s a bit of heaven on earth. We were close to everything for convenience but felt like we had our own private paradise with the most epic views of the coast. The amazing wildlife and mountains were beyond description.

We had the absolute best weekend at Aidan's beautiful home. As Westmont College alumni's it was so magical and fun to be able to be back in the city where we first became young adults. The only complaint is the weekend flew by so quickly! Haha Thank you so much Aidan for your gracious hospitality, 10 out of 10!!

Our time at the Garden Cottage was so wonderful! The owners of the property, Peter, Donna, and their sweet pup Koda, were so friendly and gave us plenty of privacy during our stay. They truly made us feel right at home. Peter told us some awesome history on the house/cottage and some really cool facts about the local environment. The cottage itself was very clean and the perfect size for two people. It’s an awesome home base for people who like to get out and explore. The walk to the beach is literally steps away, and we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets every evening. We even saw some dolphins on our last night there! I highly recommend staying here for anyone who wants to unwind and enjoy a private corner of Montecito/Santa Barbara.

Perfect location for walking to the beach, The Rosewood and to the main strip. Host was so easy going and accommodating. House was perfect for our two boys and us. Would book again!

Great spot & gracious hosts. I personally have always loved the Mesa neighborhood so was super happy with location within walking distance to both park/ocean as well as the main shopping center up there. Quiet & well-appointed studio with sweet private patio, great kitchen & bathroom. Nice decorative touches & immaculately clean.
