Small touches much appreciated in particular the heating (responsive boiler)put before our arrival Easter weekend ( while the week before our arrival it was very nice)... nearby walk to do with dogs.. well explained key box instructions

Beautiful property, well maintained and absolutely quiet. The pool is a real plus. Bill welcomes you on arrival and offers you a bottle of cider and a hearty breakfast for the following morning. Thank you for this consideration!

Spacious, clean house with a well stocked kitchen and a new bathroom and downstairs toilet. House is in a rural location and within a few hundred yards of the La Rega-Lante cycle route. Hosts were helpful, but not intrusive and allowed us to store our bikes in their garage. Highly recommended!

A very good stay, very quiet place where you can breathe!

The accommodation was in line with the description, well-equipped and ideally located for visiting the region and in particular Mont Saint Michel which is 30 minutes' drive away. The host was very responsive and caring, with good recommendations for discovering the area. We had a great time and will be back with pleasure. Thanks again!

It's a wonderful location, peaceful with wonderful views. The gite is lovely, clean and stylish. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. All in all it was a wonderful experience.

Perfect if you need to spend a couple of nights near Laval. The place is small and cosy and has everything you need for a short stay. Vanessa is very helpful.

The accommodation offered by Edith has all the necessary comforts. Do not hesitate to discuss with them if we have requests or comments, they are very pleasant/ The green garden with animals as well as access to the pool are a significant plus, with easy access to the two lanes around Laval, without any traffic noise, just the cry of peacocks and ducks. I recommend it!!

We loved this place! We wish we had been able to stay longer! The property conversion is fantastic and the result of some incredible work. The host was very welcoming and even left us with some fresh bread, butter and jam! We loved the location. Very private but with the host nearby in case we needed anything. Our little dog was made to feel very welcome also. The place cosy, we even got to watch some English TV! We will be back and next time we will stay longer!

Julie gave us a very warm welcome and spent time talking about the accommodation and the local area. She was available for advice and help throughout our stay. The gite was well equipped clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the games room and our grandchildren loved the trampoline. There were enough sun loungers for everyone. The local area was attractive and interesting.

We had a wonderful stay at Debbie and Guy's. The cottage was very clean and we felt at home. We enjoyed the quiet and all the activities offered on site. Thank you for everything, we'll be back soon!

Maroie and Alexandre were really nice from the moment we arrived and we would have loved to spend a little more time with them, unfortunately, we only stayed three days and had so many things to visit. Accommodation in perfect condition, very clean and nice. The hosts are very accommodating and the directions are extremely clear.

Absolutely beautiful property, and a great location for peace and quiet. Nikita and Jason were so welcoming and friendly. I would say they went above and beyond for us. Taking us to the local supermarket to get supplies as we were on motorbikes. The property was so comfortable and well equipped with everything you could need. The grounds were stunning. I will definitely be returning and 100% recommend.

The house is very clean, true to the photos. Everything is there, from coffee to the dishwasher pad to the garbage bags. The only small downside for was the bedroom mattress with the double bed but apparently the mattress will be changed soon. We'll be happy to go back to this place.
