Holiday rentals with a patio in Monterey Park

They are very responsive, the only 4 star area I put was most likely due to the unit being older, but overall it is still much better than a hotel!

The place was extremely clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and had a wonderful breeze with the windows open. There are two very cute dogs on the property, they're very friendly. The view was incredible. There is a fantastic bagel shop within walking distance. Very centrally located for things to do in silverlake. I would definitely stay here again.

Natasha was the best host I have met! Respond to my message quickly and very understanding. The unit was small but sweet, had everything I needed. I liked the decoration. Only thing is that it was a bit difficult to walk my dog in the neighborhood as a lot of neighbours have dogs that will bark when we walked by. We encountered off leash dogs twice and had to run back.

Enjoyed our stay, lots of resturants nearby. This was my first experience booking a place on AirBNB. Everything went smooth from checkin to checkout. Beautiful unit.

Holly was a very great host… she was helpful and very informative. She responded very quickly and helped with all questions even if they weren’t about the stay itself. She informed us on important Information and was just all around great. The building was very safe! Closed off to the public and I felt very secure leaving and entering. A little noisy but it’s downtown… we expected it. I still enjoyed my time there and I’m happy I chose her to be my host… I would definitely visit again!

Wonderful stay at Sandra’s place. It looked even better than the picture. Super spacious and clean- perfect for a group trip. Would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stay in the area.

Trien’s place looked just like the pictures and it was quite clean, easy to find and check in/out process was great! So easy! And the neighborhood is beautiful and so close to shops. Only thing is there wasn’t a lot of toilet paper/paper towel/shampoo/body wash. They did have the amenities but it was running low and we did have to go out and buy some to have enough for the duration of our stay.

We had a lovely 4 night stay, and absolutely loved it. The room felt much bigger in person than the photos, and we quickly felt right at home. The garage provided extra peace of mind for parking as well. Many useful amenities were provided, and the room was very clean. Mattress was comfortable, and the large TV provided for great late-night entertainment. Other reviews had mentioned thin walls, but that was not our experience at all. We would love to stay here again in the future.

This airbnb was perfect for me and my family. Each room having a full bathroom made accommodations so much easier to prepare for our day. Equipped with all necessary things needed in the house including spacious rooms bed and additional seating/bedding. I enjoyed Robs clear communication throughout our stay and the safety when he advised the garage was left open.

We had a wonderful stay! Ate dinner at Din Tai Fung which is within walking distance. Free parking on site. Really fit our six people well. We also used the workout faculty and pool. It was great!!

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Loved our stay here! We were instantly comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy instructions to get in. Felt safe and private. Typical city noise which is to be expected, but nothing bad at all, and the windows block out the noise perfectly so we slept great! No complaints and hope to come back next time we're in town for a concert! Thank you so much Christina!

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Oksana’s place! It was very clean and as described. Check-in and check-out was easy and the instructions were clear. Parking can be tough, but we got really lucky and got a spot right in front of the building. We decided to uber to places if needed for the remainder of our trip. That worked out smoothly and didn’t have to worry about getting places or finding parking when returning. Overall, very nice place and would recommend!

I had an incredible extended stay at Adam's place! It was very clean, quiet and in a great location. I was so happy and I highly recommend staying there. Adam was very responsive and I didn't have one issue!
