Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Montfiquet

My family of five (three of them young children) stayed here for a few days during a three week journey around Europe. It’s been a lifelong dream of mine to visit the D-Day sites and this home made our stay 100% enjoyable. It is my favorite AirBnB I have ever stayed in. It was perfectly clean, had everything we could have thought we needed, and the location was absolutely perfect. Thank you for letting us stay in such an amazing place!

If you dreamed of staying in a French farmhouse in the countryside while having all the modern conveniences look no further. There are not enough pictures to do the property justice complete with a lake, ducks, pastures, cows, local old church while being close to all the historic sites you go to Normandy to see. The host is superb. Met us at the door of the property even though she had worked all day as a nationally certified D Day guide. Everything in the house was new, clean, comfortable, and easy to use. The interior is amazing with wooden beams and tastefully decorated keeping with the French country aesthetic. Our stay was great and kept getting better every day as we noticed more and more amazing nuances that really enriched our visit. We could not have imagined a better visit, a better location, or a better host.

Logement très spacieux, très bien équipé et accueillant. Quelques chocolats nous attendaient à l’arrivée: nous avons trouvé cette petite attention très délicate. Le logement était parfaitement équipé pour un long séjour. Idéal pour un long séjour.

Logement conforme à sa description. Très propre. Parking devant la maison. Correspondait parfaitement à notre attente. Très bonne communication de la part de Marjorie. Je recommande largement.

Nous avons passé un superbe week-end chez Alexandra , le cadre etait magnifique et comme sur les photos ! Nous avons eu un très bon ressenti en vers les propriétaires, très réactif, très gentils et surtout très respectueux et discret pendant notre séjours ! merci encore pour ce petit moment dans cette endroit très cosy ! Amazing place to stay, lovely owner and beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Relatively close to a lot of touristic sites if you are by car. Would love to stay another time, we enjoyed our time here so much!

A wonderful property with lovely hosts, we enjoyed a relaxed family holiday at St Martin-de-Blagny. Beatrice was really helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was really well set up for big family meals and we loved exploring the countryside. Thank you very much Beatrice!

We loved our few nights stay at Vincent’s place. Very comfortable bed, quite spacious room, great air flow and very grateful for the car space on site (hard to find in Bayeux). And great local restaurants and access to the Normandy beaches. Would be happy to come back one day 🙂

L'hôte était accueillant et nous a tout de suite donner les informations pour accéder au logement. L'emplacement est parfait car en plein centre de Bayeux et a 2 min de la cathédrale. Je recommande vivement le propriétaire et le logement.

This property is right in the heart of Bayeux, but is quiet and has private parking. It was immaculately presented and felt like home straight away. Milene, the host, was extremely helpful and responds quickly to any query. We would definitely recommend and will be back.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement, qui est non seulement très confortable mais aussi idéalement situé, à 5 minutesde la gare à pied. Mon hôte a été d’une grande gentillesse et d’un accueil remarquable. Elle m’a aidé côté transport afin que je puisse me rendre sereinement à mon examen, un geste que j’ai profondément apprécié. Je recommande vivement ce logement, tant pour la qualité de l’hébergement que pour la générosité et la bienveillance de l’hôte. Merci encore pour tout ! 😊😊😊

J'étais à Caen pour un congrès donc je n'ai pas beaucoup profité du logement ni du beau petit jardin, mais tout a fonctionné parfaitement. Guillaume, que j'ai rencontré, est un super hôte!

Agréable séjour chez karin. Proche du centre ville et de la mer. Commerce à proximité et belle balade à faire le long du littoral.

Le logement d’Anne est idéal. Il est tres bien situé, à proximité immédiate de la mer avec ses grandes plages. Il est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. C’est véritable petit cocon dans une des maisons emblématique du célèbre architecte Guimard. We spent one perfect week at Mathieu’s place and had an absolutely terrific experience! If you’re looking for an apartment in Bayeux, this is where you want to stay, hands down. The location is perfectly situated for walking to shops, markets, and cafes in the old town center and is also centrally-located for exploring the Normandy area. The apartment is inviting, peaceful, and clean with a comfortable bed. We especially enjoy livable locations where we can hear the church bells ring, and this was no exception at Mathieu’s place since the cathedral is just down the street (with a stunning view from the family room window). The bells add to the ambiance and experience, and fear not for they don’t ring through the night so your sleep isn’t interrupted. Only good things to say about this place!

Le logement proposé par David est tip top ! Le calme, une vue imprenable sur la mer, coucher de soleil depuis la "terrasse véranda", un emplacement à 20 minutes de Caen qui permet de profiter de la ville, de la campagne et des bords de mer ! Quoi dire d'autre ? Un hôte disponible, et pour finir, une déco sympa qui rajoute du charme à ce we en amoureux sur les plages de Normandie ! Les yeux fermés vous pouvez louer!

Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen. Wir wurden herumgeführt und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und man kann vieles unternehmen. Ein Spaziergang am Strand ist ein Muss. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und bietet alles was man braucht.

My son and I stayed 2 nights in Yannicks apartment, it has restored my faith in air bnb after a dreadful experience in Paris, the apartment is better than the pictures, the location is 10/10, the apartment was immaculately clean, I slept on the sofa and it was the most comfortable bed I have slept in since arriving in France 1 week ago. The town of Bayeux is the prettiest town I have ever seen and the apartment was 5 minutes walk to everything we needed. THANK YOU for allowing us to stay in your amazing apartment Yannick.

Very central, but also quiet. The cathedral is at the bottom of the road, where there is also a good selection of restaurants of differing kinds. The lace museum and art museum are right by the cathedral. Bayeux Tapestry Museum is a few minutes walk away . The main shopping road is also close by. Parking was easy to find and free. Communications with Guy were excellent and very quick responses. We were there Monday to Friday and there is a small market on Wednesday close to the tourist office but the one on Saturday is supposed to be very good. It’s at the top end of the main shopping street. Would highly recommend the apartment. It’s up one flight of stairs.

Marie-Hélène m'a bien proposé un petit studio dans un quartier calme et il est bien équipé. Marie Hélène a été réactive et aussi à l'écoute de mes besoins, je recommande chaudement !
