Charming Norman house, renovated with a lot of taste. I really like the decoration, the house is renovated but I kept as many old materials as possible. Expect a journey through time, with modern comforts. Large garden with swimming pool heated to 28 degrees, the pool is open from April to September depending on the weather. The beach is 15 minutes walking. A large comfortable living room will allow you to enjoy your trip. A billiard room is available upstairs.

Nestled in the heart of the Cotentin marshes in the hamlet of Montessy, this former farmhouse was renovated in 2011. It has a pleasant and cozy comfort with recent amenities. A 10 m x 4 m pool built in 2023, indoor or outdoor, heated, is available from early April to mid-November. You will love our place because of its beauty, countryside, rest, horses (horseback riding possible), massages and indoor heated pool. Ideal for families of 4–10 people. The 4th bedroom is a very large hallway, so I very often put an extra bedroom in the annex for more comfort.
