Les Frênes - Malvy Island

Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a true oasis for biodiversity!

The Cottage

This lovely two bedroom cottage offers accommodation for up to four people with one double and one twin room. The cottage has its own private and enclosed courtyard area with alfresco dining and cooking areas. It also boasts a beautiful south facing deck and sunbathing area accessed directly from the French doors in the living room. La Chaumière is set in just over an acre of attractive, mature grounds with a fabulous pool set within the walls of an old barn and stunning views.

Large cottage + heated pool, covered

At the "Domaine de Champ rose" (cottage) you can rest in the calm and the countryside of the south-Charente in our large charming cottage (18th century castle). We'll give you a family-friendly welcome and guide you on things to do in the area. To relax, we are equipped with a private, year-round covered and heated swimming pool, large shaded park, game room and library, as well as a bocce court. We accept a maximum of 18 people. No pets.

Quiet studio, shared pool and secure parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

Outside, small semi-shaded terrace with barbecue, large unfenced garden with 5*3 semi-buried swimming pool.

Located in a charming Dordogne village, this private studio is perfect for a weekend getaway. There is a fabulous romantic terrace complete with a jacuzzi and an above-ground pool (available from June 1st - Nov 1st). The countryside is on your doorstep, with its rolling hills, forests, and lakes.

Le Petit Contrefort

A stay at Le Petit Contrefort offers a taste of country life in France, set within the grounds of the owner's property, guests can enjoy the pool, gardens, views, pizza oven, and meet the various animals. We only accept Saturday to Saturday bookings during the peak July and August periods.
