With five bathrooms, two kitchens, underfloor heating & full wheelchair access throughout the property. The property has an enormous central living room with sofas around the fireplace, leading onto a covered terrace for dining and out onto a stepped garden down to the pool. Cosy for couples and ideal for families, the property has been designed for elegance and accessibility.

It is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday including a utility room with washer and dryer. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, wooden beams and looks out onto a green valley. The large living room has a corner sofa, smart TV and superfast broadband. Grand parc ombragé, billard et une bibliothèque, ainsi qu'un terrain de pétanque. Nous acceptons 18 pers maximum. Pas d'animaux.

Mon logement est proche d'Angoulême et son salon de la BD international, festival du film francophone...Situé au sein du Sud Charente proche de la Dordogne, du petit village d'Aubeterre.... Vous apprécierez mon logement pour son calme et son indépendance, il est situé au cœur de la campagne charentaise.... Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les familles (avec enfants) et les compagnons à quatre pattes.
