Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

Small house freshly renovated in a quiet and green environment, close to the historic center. You can enjoy a pleasant small shaded garden not overlooked with its terrace. Free parking and available in front of the house. Tram 2 to 400 m 30 min to the Comédie on foot or 15 min by tram, 15 minutes to the beach by car. Parties are strictly prohibited out of respect for the neighborhood and because we live next door. An outdoor jacuzzi available on request. participation €10/day.

Tram 3 min walk, 15 min from St Roch train station and Place de la Comédie, its strong point is its very privileged location, with direct access to shops, market, and city center, while enjoying century-old trees, preserved wildlife, and the soothing 3300 m2 park.

A former priory, the farmhouse has been recently renovated and is surrounded by 2 hectares of park and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Ideal place to relax, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is located at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are prohibited.

Villa La Douce Gardiole is the perfect place for a family get-together (perfect for 3 couples and 4 children). The neighborhood is very quiet and therefore not suitable for noisy groups.
