It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

Lovely apartment in Moraira with superb views

You will love the sea views from our apartment. The location is ideal if you want to have a quiet holidays but at the same time close to the center (10 minutes walk). The people of the town are very friendly. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, and families (with children also). There are beautiful beaches in the area, the town is quiet but with all the facilities and it is also very close to many other charming towns and cities that can be visited by car.

The accommodation is in a typical building of the area called Riurau, where the grapes were dried to produce raisins. A bright studio with all the amenities and a large garden. Get to know traditional Xàbia! You can also taste our home-grown raisins, oil, fruits, and vegetables. You will live an agritourism experience and learn about the area's agricultural past.
