The undeniable advantage is private parking in the courtyard and a wine cellar, which is part of Building B of the Pod Zámkem Residence. The apartment is fully equipped, with accommodation for up to 5 people.

The studio's working function has now been replaced by a recreational function and provides you with the opportunity to taste exceptional architecture in a small volume, set just above the lake. With the curved back wall of the Studio and in soft duvets, you will feel like in a cozy nest:)

The wine cellar building was built in 1983 and completely renovated in 2025. It is located in one of the wine alleys in the village of Moravský Žižkov, located between the famous wine and tourist locations of Velké Bílovice and Prušánky. The village is located near the Lednice-Valtice area. The entire building is designed to provide the perfect setting for shorter or longer stays, for quiet family holidays, but also for a group of friends.

Outdoor use for children

The cabin is located on the edge of the village in a nice location in the middle of nature. It is a detached building with an adjacent fireplace where you can grill and it has its own entrance. It is possible to park in front of the garages of the family house behind the fence, the accommodated guest has their own remote control from the gate and then walk 100m along the sidewalk to the cabin.
