Small apartment ideal for holidays, a few steps from the beach, sea view. Well furnished, clean. Bernard is responsive and pleasant. We had a great time in Sarzeau. Only downside, tired vacuum cleaner so difficult to return the apartment without any dog hair.

We liked our stay with Julien. Lorient City is a few steps away, we could do a lot, on foot or by bus. Very nice view of the Scorff. We felt very good and safe. Very nice and quiet neighbors. Fabulous spot for our family holiday. from the deck chairs, kids toys, Nespresso machine so many little things included that made our holiday such a great one. It's right on the beach and walking distance to a boulangerie, intermarche, a train station going to Nantes and Paris and all the great restaurants in le crosic and batz súr mer. Also really enjoyed the various running routes and the kids loved the pool. It's very quite in the area I. May with beautiful sunsets. A relaxing break.

Great accommodation. Although Nicole couldn't welcome us, she was very accommodating and available. We will come back without hesitation.

Perfectly happy with our family stay. Excellent accommodation both in terms of cleanliness, its amenities, with the most popular (swimming lane; sauna and jacuzzi). We recommend with proximity to beaches on foot.

Classic house from the outside and very modern inside.. great decor and beautiful layout.. the view from the house and the garden are amazing.. can’t get enough of it! So peaceful and so relaxing.

We were very well received by Dany who is very attentive. We enjoyed the local products put in the fridge for us as well as the message the next day. The apartment is perfect, nothing is missing, it is very well arranged with a very nice decoration. The terrace is great . It is very quiet. A haven of peace close to everything. The beach, the market and the city center are within walking distance. We will gladly come back. We recommend 100%. You can go there without a second thought.

We were 3 couples and a baby. All the comforts were waiting for us. The terrace is exceptional! Don't forget the magnificent sunset. We went to get oysters nearby. Halfway between Sarzeau center (very cute and everything to enjoy with a market every day) and Vannes. Thanks to Salomé for his kindness.

We had a very pleasant weekend in this house, by the beach, ideally located in Piriac sur mer. Even though we didn't meet Jerome, he took care to call us before we arrived to give us all the necessary information and made himself available. The house is very functional and we did not lack anything. The setting is beautiful. I would recommend this rental.
