This place had a spectacular view and is so close to everything happening in Mytilene. It was clean and bright and had great amenities. Given its downtown location, if you’re a light sleeper, it’s probably not for you- but that’s true of most downtown hotels, too. The host was friendly and super responsive. We had a minor local power outage and she had the issue fixed before we even experienced any real inconveniences- really superior attention was paid to us. I would totally stay here again.

We spent a cold month of Winter in Panagiouda to volunteer nearby. We were fortunate to stay in this apartment which was really perfect for our needs - a retreat from the daily work that on our return each day, felt like home. So beautiful to walk out of the gate each morning to beautiful and peaceful surroundings where all the neighbours were very friendly. The apartment is in a great location, local bakeries and traditional supermarkets (called pantopolio) are stocked with all that's required to sustain their customers. The apartment is comfortable and clean, the kitchen amply stocked with the listed accessories and essentials, and likewise the bathroom with toiletries and laundry liquid. Anything that cropped up was quickly dealt with by the owner. Thank you Panagioti.

We enjoyed a very relaxing week in this beautifully restored traditional house on the edge of Plomari. It’s a very short walk into the village and down to the harbour, where you can find a wide variety of restaurants and shops, and a great supermarket. There are also a couple of bakeries. The town is fascinating, both for its architecture and the layout of the little streets that climb the hill on both sides of the river. There are also a number of beaches (pebble) within walking distance, or just a short drive away. The hosts (Sally and Henry) were very friendly and helpful and have made something very special with this renovation. The interior is just as pretty, light and airy as in the photos, with much careful attention paid to the little decor details. The view from the terraces is also wonderful. You do have to walk the last 100 metres through a path along the garden to reach the house, but it’s definitely worth it! We can only recommend this house. It’s a true gem.

Good accomodation. Central with regard to activities in gera Bay area. house located in tiny village next to a taverna (which was closed in May). super quiet that time of year except for the birds. house has nice furniture and bed and has all the small things you need like soap etc. had a very comfortable stay there. several walks pass right through Karini, so perfect for hikers.

Her mother and son are wonderful people. Thank you so much for the friendly and warm welcome. It was a great experience. The house is within walking distance of the sea, there is an environment where you can take drinks from the house and relax on the beach. If we come back, this is the place to come.

A beautiful house by the sea, very comfortable and with lots of greenery. Great for kids who can enjoy the garden, the tree house and the beach. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment and Maria provided whatever consumables needed for our stay. We enjoyed the beautiful veranda and the gazebo by the sea. Sunsets are wonderful in the garden. The house is close to Mytilene where you can shop or find a nice restaurant. We had a wonderful Easter holiday and appreciate Maria’s hospitality.

Niki's house was very clean and comfortable. The house was clean and smelled nice. Everything was thought of. There was a kettle, iron, washing machine, hair dryer, oven, stove, Turkish coffee machine, air conditioning. Niki was very helpful. He guided us correctly by answering many of our questions. AirBnb misled us about the address. For the information of those who will stay. AirBnb shows Niki's address in the wrong location. You should definitely contact Niki. If you want a comfortable and clean house within a 5-minute walking distance to the city center and the sea, you should definitely choose it.
