Modern design meets history. The listed house stands, surrounded by vineyards, in the Steeg district directly below Stahleck Castle. This unique place has a style all its own: ecological materials such as clay and wood give the house a unique flair and an unsurpassed indoor climate. The half-timbered house, built in 1622, is modernly furnished. A wood and pellet stove creates a special evening feel-good atmosphere.

Wie sagte ein Freund: das ist ja ein Rosamunde-Pilcher-Traum... :) Das Gingerbread Guesthouse is ein 350 Jahre altes Fachwerkhaus im malerischen Städtchen Bacharach. In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen. Mehr Mittelrheinromantik geht nicht.

The apartment, which was ecologically renovated from 2013-2017 with historical building materials, consists of 3 rooms, a kitchen and bathroom for 2-3 people on the 1st floor of the "Old Ferry House". Look forward to a cottage with sauna near the Moselle valley that offers 8 people enough space and comfort for a relaxing holiday. A barefoot park offers variety for young and old. The night's rest is from 10 pm. Hiking, wine tasting, boat trips, visiting castles and cycling are popular leisure activities in this region. Loud conversations outdoors are not welcome after 10 pm. Wallbox exists.
