Auf einer Anhöhe im Westerwald, in der Nähe eines Hofes, liegt diese Unterkunft eingebettet zwischen Wiesen und Waldrand. Tür auf, einen Schritt raus – und du stehst mitten in der Natur, kein Lärm, nur frische Luft und Stille. Geweckt wirst du vom Vogelgezwitscher, nebenan grasen Ziegen und Schafe, und tolle Sonnenuntergänge leiten den Abend am Lagerfeuer ein. Drinnen findest du ein gemütliches Bett mit Panoramablick, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen Kamin für kuschelige Abende.

Schmuckstück im Grünen - Auszeit nah bei Köln

Landidylle pur. Wachwerden mit Vogelgezwitscher - wandern von der Haustür weg. Und das alles nur 45 Minuten vor den Toren Kölns. Die gesamte Wohnung wurde Ende 2025 komplett energetisch renoviert, das Bad ist neu. Tipp: Die Messe Köln liegt von hier aus auf der ‚richtigen‘ Rheinseite. Fahrtzeit bis Messe +- 40 Minuten. Good to know: Unser gemütliches Fachwerkhaus ist 200 Jahre alt, die Deckenhöhe ist dementsprechend niedrig mit zwei Metern. Ein Teil des Gartens ist umzäunt.

If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in Windecker Ländchen. The circus trailer is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

Gästehaus Bähner

Built in 1963 by my grandparents, we have revived the old part of the bungalow in the charm of the 60s and converted it into a spacious guest house for 2-3 people. Situated directly on the edge of the forest, this is the perfect starting point for hikes in the beautiful Siegerland, for excursions in the region, e.g. e.g. to Freudenberg, Siegen or Biggesee. But it is just as perfect for a break from everyday life, for rest and relaxation. Welcome to Föschbe!

You can also dream well in the bedroom with a high-quality box-spring bed.
