Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 sqm we offer a place with cozy warmth due to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.), our sunken pool (heated by solar - water temperature therefore depends on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. Im Herzen des Odenwalds, direkt am Waldrand, liegt unser Holzhaus im idyllischen Stadtteil Airlenbach der Stadt Oberzent. Unser, im Stil eines Forsthauses, eingerichtetes Holzhaus garantiert Ihnen Ruhe und Entspannung vom Alltag und bietet eine optimale Ausgangslage um den Odenwald zu erkunden. Pure Entspannung bietet die neue Holzterrasse mit großer Sitzgruppe und einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Das Ferienhaus bietet mit ca. 120 m² großzügig Platz für 6 - 8 Personen.

For ideal indoor air, an air purifier with HEPA/activated carbon filter is available for removing pollen, odors, airborne allergens, etc.

In the sleepy village of Böllstein lies "the Ima", a cottage built in the 18th century as a farmhouse. After many renovations and extensions, the house is now equipped with three bedrooms ( 2 with doors and one with curtain), fireplace room, open kitchen, summer kitchen, open gallery and many many many books. Come, hike, feel comfortable and relax, recharge your batteries, find peace and feel safe in our ground floor apartment, which we have renovated mindfully. We bought and built the farm 11 years ago, gardening and living here very happy ever since, despite all the tasks that are still waiting. Meanwhile, our daughter Nele's family also lives on the farm. Nele is also always responsive. You will find us on the outskirts of Wald-Erlenbach.

The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.
