The nearest hut on the mountain is about 35 minutes away on foot. For NÖ-Card holders, but also without a card, we are very central to various destinations such as Sonnentor, Noah's Ark, Kittenberger Adventure Gardens and much more. Winter closure from January 7th to February. February to Easter holidays limited operation. The house is alive, so noises (e.g. woodworm) and animal visits (e.g. ladybugs) are possible.

Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. The surroundings offer a varied program!

Bärbel's Panorama Hut is 40 m² for self-catering with its own terrace and sauna bunk bed 120 wide a real cuddly hut and is located in the Präbichl ski and hiking area in Styria. The hut has a sun terrace and an infusion sauna. The Swedish stove in the living room provides cozy warmth. This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Fulfill a childhood dream – the overnight stay in the tree house between the treetops is unique, cozy and offers great views of the Kremstal. The Imbach tree house can comfortably accommodate two people. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. From the property, you can easily set off on a variety of excursions: to the Wachau, to Krems or to the Waldviertel. But the capital city of Vienna is also just an hour away.

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau!
