Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen with most things you need. A small but smart bathroom with toilet and shower. Laundry room with dryer. Spacious double bedroom as well as a double bed in the TV room. Here you live with the forest just around the corner and two nature reserves with several hiking trails and bird lakes nearby. Single nights upon request during the summer.

With walking paths, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a cove that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are brought yourself, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

In our beautiful beach house you live so close to the lake, you can hear the sound of the waves. The house is 70 m from the beach, the longest "lake beach" in Scandinavia. Summertime there are 5 restaurants close by.(3 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. Located only 10 minutes from Vadstena is Stubbet which is a charming, newly renovated villa overlooking Östgötaslätten. Inside, be treated with all your day-to-day amenities, a king size bed and 2 full bathrooms. You can also enjoy a movie in your spacious living room, with candles and free WiFi. Stugan har det mesta då det kommer till bekvämlighet. Fullutrustat kök, bäddsoffa, dubbelsäng och badrum. Därtill wifi och tv med Netflix etc. Utomhus finns ett trädäck med grill, bord samt stolar och utomhuseldstad. Har ni barn i sällskapet finns ytor att springa runt på, gunga samt åka rutschkana.

Nice decking around the cottage and possibility to barbecue. Parking space is included right outside. Bed linen and towels are not included but may be rented for a fee, 100sek/person. The house is located in the middle of the forest, it is very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent. Charcoal is available for purchase.

White guest house in Sya

The little white guest house on our villa plot is 25 sqm big and contains most amenities you need for a few nights. Outside you will find a small undisturbed patio with the raspberry land as a neighbor and overlooking the entire garden. Quiet area close to Svartån. In the village there is also Kaptensbostaden which offers impact auctions and has its own interior design shop with limited opening hours.

Västanvik, close to Östgötaleden's hike, Vättern's coves and swimming, walks, a quiet moment and possible day trips to Motala, Askersund, Medevi, Vadstena, and more! Motala with Varamonbaden only about 20 min by car is the largest lake bath in the Nordic countries and offers a wonderful beach. Also suitable for golf weekends with proximity to, for example, Motala GK, Vadstena GK and Askersunds GK.
