Jenny’s home in Forsvik was the perfect retreat — peaceful, charming, and surrounded by stunning nature. The house itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can tell Jenny puts a lot of care into the space, and it really made us feel at home. One of the highlights was how close it was to Kafé & Mat — we absolutely loved it! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was friendly, and it made our stay feel even more special to have such a great spot just steps away. The location is ideal for enjoying Sweden’s natural beauty — with lakes, walking trails, and historic sites all nearby. We especially appreciated the quiet mornings and the calm atmosphere that made it so easy to relax and recharge. Jenny was a kind and attentive host, quick to respond and genuinely welcoming. We’re so grateful for the experience and would happily come back again. Tack Jenny for a lovely stay!

Cozy house on a farm where you could watch animals, large areas outside for the children to play on. Close to Omberg and Tåkern. Nice host, we got eggs from her chickens and best of all cleaning and sheets included in the rent.

We felt very comfortable and there was nothing missing. Great location and great view of the lake ...for dogs great entrance to the water. The only neighbors you haven't noticed...

It was wonderful to stay in a traditional red & white cabin and look out over gently waving corn fields BUT….. have all the the comforts of home!

Hospitable and friendly hosts. Good communication. Cozy house in quiet surroundings along the Gøta Canal bike route. Took the opportunity to look at the property's jetty. Incredibly great place. Recommended.

The location was amazing! Wonderful forest that is animal rich and a perfect change from the big city !

Really a little idyll! Nice walking paths in the surroundings. Dog-friendly and a super cozy garden. The house was clean and cozy, tastefully decorated and most things you could possibly need were there. Worth every penny and David always responded quickly 🙏 The only "negative" possibly was that it was quite cold indoors at check-in, but it resolved in the evening when you got the heat up. Thanks a million!

We had a wonderful vacation in Sweden! The house exceeded all our expectations. Communication with Jesper was possible at all times and he was always friendly and helpful! We highly recommend this place and send a huge thank you to Jesper and his family in Sweden!

A big, great house in amazing surroundings! We were 8 guests and we had a great time and lacked nothing! We had a good dialogue with the host, who responded quickly and kindly, even though we asked about things that were already available in the app. Our stay was incredibly pleasant and social in the large living room, which together with the kitchen helped give the house a nice soul. The house and the host are highly recommended!

Staying in Alexander's house was a real experience. It was wonderful to enjoy the peace, the view, the swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and the boat trip to the island. Alexander gave us the good tip to watch the sunset, worth it! As the icing on the cake, we also saw the northern lights. The accommodation was spacious, cozy and very homely. In short, we would have liked to stay longer.

We had a nice evening at Anna-Karin's house. It was clean and nice and had a nice location with lake view and pool. The area was quiet and Anna-Karin was quick to help us if we had questions. Recommends this accommodation :)

Great place! Fantastic view, quiet surroundings, delicious and cozy to be able to light up both the wilderness bath and the sauna. And cozy with a little boat trip on the lake at sunset. A fantastic little gem, I highly recommend!

He was really easy to talk to and when we arrived late he had been so sweet to think of the spa and sauna for us.

(6 adults, 12 days) House + surroundings are fantastic. More beautiful than in the photos. House + kitchen very well equipped. Large master bedroom (wardrobe, bathroom (double shower + bathtub) large bed + TV). 2nd room - nice bed, but no wardrobe, so also smaller. 3rd room has bunk bed and a 140 cm wide bed + dressing room. More like a children's room. We swapped rooms after a week. 2nd + 3rd shared bathroom (shower) + TV room House has large windows, is flooded with light + offers a breathtaking view of the lake. Large terrace with fireplace, grill and various furniture. Negative points: Some kitchen machines + grill were not clean, but this is more due to the previous visitors. The duvets and mattresses showed signs of use. Linda + Michael were always available + very accommodating. I can only recommend the accommodation + would like to spend my vacation there again. Tack så mycket!

The peaceful lake views and morning birdsong made our stay truly unforgettable. We especially loved exploring the Tiveden national park — the trails were wild and beautiful. Christina was welcoming, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. This place is a perfect mix of comfort, nature, and quiet moments. We’re grateful for the memories and already hoping to return!

Perfect accommodation to have a quiet weekend in and/or start from for day trips in the area.

We had a great week. Cozy and well-equipped accommodation in beautiful surroundings with many excursion destinations. Good opportunity to cook, nice beds and towels. And not least, a nice and generous host.

Yvonne and Tom welcomed us very warmly and gave us many tips on what to do in the beautiful surroundings. We cycled to Vadstena (castle) and enjoyed the drive to the nature center on Lake Täkern. Visited a few beautiful churches along the way. The cottage was also great and was equipped with all comforts.

What a fantastic stay in a magical place. Before our tour of southern Sweden, we were already looking forward to this stay and the reality exceeded our expectations. The house is decorated with great care and love, making you feel right at home. Everything is sparkling clean. The weather did not quite cooperate, so we were unable to make use of the many terraces. But inside it was also very nice. In the evening, we always went for a walk from the house; to the lake or on one of the other paths. This feeling of freedom is so nice. Just put on your coat and shoes and go! The communication with Yvonne was very nice; she is very friendly and responds very quickly. We already miss this house and can't wait to come back here.

A gem hidden in nature. Waking up to birds singing and spotting a dear was lovely. The house is comfortable, but you are mainly going to be outside to enjoy the sounds of birds singing while gazing in/over the forest.

It was a short one night visit at Hans & Susanne’s little and cozy house. We enjoyed our time there and they were so kind and responsive people. The lake view was also nice! I am thinking of coming back during the summer 😊
