Excellent villa, beautiful pool. Lidija and her husband made us feel very welcome with homemade pastries and a vino on arrival. Excellent location easy to get to Pula and Pazin. We loved it. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

We had a great stay! The accommodation was super nice, very clean and in a great location. The handover went smoothly and if there were any questions or small problems, someone was immediately available - always friendly and helpful. We especially liked the many tips and recommendations from Benjamin about activities and restaurants in the area – this made our stay even better. Clear recommendation!

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had a great stay at the place. The villa was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal – quiet, but still close to the sea The check-in went smoothly and Gabi was always friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

This place is highly recommended! When we arrived, we immediately felt comfortable. The area is very rural, green and quiet. The accommodation is very stylish with many warm colors - perfect to get away from everyday life. Overall, the accommodation is very spacious due to the three different levels. We couldn't figure out where to heat the pool, but we were always in the whirlpool anyway. A perfect accommodation for us. However, we would recommend a maximum of 4 adults, otherwise you would have to share a room.

Beautiful and quiet house with nice swimming pool and nice outdoor kitchen. It fully met our expectations. Very clean and very well maintained. We were warmly welcomed by the owners. The owners are very friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Our stay at "Peace of Mind - 2" was lovely. The location of the property is exceptional and offers not only a fantastic view of a wonderful landscape, but much more. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has all amenities. In addition, you can stay on the terrace by the pool and use the attached kitchen and lounge there. The pool itself offers the opportunity to swim athletically and the view of Kvarner Bay is unbeatable. Host Rajna is always helpful and gives great tips for exploring the area. An absolute feel-good place where you are very warmly welcomed and feel right at home! A. & T.

As a family of five, we spent 14 days in the beautiful Villa Sentona. The house is beautifully furnished, with great taste and many useful details. It is bigger than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The garden has grown in the meantime and offers not only privacy but also a relaxing ambience. The pool was amazing and was cleaned several times a week. Everything was perfect, we absolute reccomend Villa Sentona and Boris, he is a very nice host.

It was a great place to stay for a week! You definitely need a car to get to coves, markets, etc. Very cool that each room has its own bathroom. The barbecue and pool on the terrace are also real highlights. Only the noise from the street is a bit disruptive.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

We were at this beautiful place for a week at the end of May with our dog. On arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from Ivan's bird's eye view were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with all the trimmings and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea on your doorstep, what more could you want. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

Everything was super nice! We had a great, very relaxing holiday! The welcome and also the farewell were very warm. The accommodation was sparkling clean and tastefully furnished, with everything you need. Absolute privacy in the middle of an olive grove and well located for excursions to the coast, to Pula, Rovenji, Medulin, etc. Supermarkets and restaurants are also very close. (Tip from us: Steak restaurant Šantamarina Premansturska Cesta 157, Pula – 5 minutes by car). The heated pool and the beautiful covered terrace were simply great. Dino came by to clean the pool after prior registration. The communication was excellent, Dino and his wife were very helpful and always responded very quickly. We would come back anytime and recommend the accommodation without reservation!!! Thank you again, dear Dino - also to your wife, for this wonderful stay :-)

Villa Motovun is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. The house has been renovated with such care to detail, it has kept the traditional character but is completely modernised with all amenities you would need. We loved the colour schemes, the materials used. It was so comfortable, with many seating areas, very comfortable, large beds (super important!), every room with en-suite bathroom. The views from the terrace of the Mirna valley and Groznjan in the distance are stunning. We loved having the little heated pool, the sauna and the pool table. The local wine ‘mini bar’ was also nice and we could help ourselves to a bottle of local Malvasia or Teran. All in all a gem in a beautiful medieval hilltop town, walkable to some really good restaurants serving amongst other things, local homemade pasta with truffles, or wild asparagus in the spring. Thank you Zeljko for your hospitality. We hope to be back again soon.

Incredible place! The house is everything you need for a nice vacation in Croatia!

We had a wonderful stay in the small Casa of Ingrid and Daniele. Both are always very friendly and open to questions. We enjoyed the location, really a small private place with wonderful views, pleasant loungers on the property, and the bay for swimming in front of the door. There are also many opportunities for short hikes around the bays, on the Premantura (by car), good restaurants and a beach bar, which are also within walking distance, and Pula for sightseeing just a few kilometers away. A great place for us to relax!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was extremely clean and the large bed was comfortable. There is a nice area for sitting out in the lower garden. The sea view is somewhat misleading. While it is possible to view the sea it can’t be done from the apartment unless you walk across the lower garden. The seaview shown is essentially from SAs parent apartment on the upper floor. That said the garden is a pleasant place to sit out. As others have stated there is a language issue with SAs father but this was easily got round with hand signals etc. He was waiting for our arrival and showed us round the apartment and was pleasant to deal with. He also brought chocolate pancakes one evening. SA was very quick to respond to my queries prior to arrival and offered us the option to arrive early. Overall this is a pleasant place to stay.

A true gem in the mountains of Istria! This fantastically renovated house has everything you need and even more. It is fully equipped and comes with all you may ever need during your stay there. The house is actually better than the pictures, especially the outside space which has a garden with a wonderful view to the citadel of Motovun and a very useful outdoor kitchen with a grill. The owners were very nice (as they offered us local products, including very tasty fresh figs) and Sara is a perfect person to speak to, always very helpful and efficient. A must go!

My new happy place! The fact that this place is somewhat remote makes it even more perfect! It’s calming and peaceful and idyllic. The hosts are lovely and gave us a tour of the home and its history with some local recommendations and welcome drinks. Felt right at home in the beautiful decor and the beds were super comfy. The pool was great…clean and bigger than we were expecting. We loved every minute of our time here it’s the perfect place to relax and forget about your troubles. Nearest shop is roughly 6 mins by car. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again in fact we’re already planning our next visit!

This is the perfect place to get the flavor of an ancient town. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Parking was an issue. You cannot park on the property/premises as described under amenities. Sophie met us in the road and showed us where to park but we had to carry our luggage up many stairs and a short but steep old road. It was difficult to find a parking in the allowed spots in the evenings.

We spent a week in Iva's house with 2 families and a total of 10 people. Iva personally welcomed us and showed us everything important. The house is perfectly sized for 2 families. Each family had their own area with a bathroom and a small kitchen. Below is a spacious common room with kitchen and plenty of seating. The garden is large and equipped with loungers and parasols. You can also find shade and peace under the beautiful olive trees. The location and view are beautiful. The pool is as shown in the pictures. The communication with Iva was always friendly and uncomplicated and we lacked nothing. We had a wonderful, relaxing time and were completely satisfied. Thanks for that!

A Magical Stay in the Heart of Grožnjan! I've stayed at Airbnbs all over the world, and this place is easily one of the best I've experienced. The beautifully designed and decorated apartment, set in the heart of this enchanting medieval town, is truly magical and incredibly romantic. The upstairs bedroom, complete with a luxurious tub, feels like a dream. The attention to detail is remarkable—nothing about this space feels like a rental. It’s clear the owners spared no expense in making it special. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The communication was seamless, and the warm welcome, felt right at home. A bonus for those arriving by car: secured parking is available, which is a rare and much-appreciated feature in this area where parking can be tricky. It might sound like I’m gushing, but I promise I’m not exaggerating! I can’t imagine anyone giving this place less than 5 stars. Part of me wants to keep it a secret, but that wouldn't be fair, it deserves mention.

I absolutely love this dreamy, well-equipped, and spacious house in Motovun. The location is magical – overlooking hills, vineyards, and the valley. Communication with Lotte was as always warm and easygoing. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Istria. Highly recommended!

A grand property stretching over four floors. Rooms were spacious and well furnished. A beautiful garden and terrace equipped with a state of the art BBQ and pizza oven. Bathrooms were a particular feature of this house. Overall a well equipped kitchen. The house lies within the traffic free zone of the impressive hilltop village of Motovun but parking nearby was never a problem. We enjoyed a great week in this house with its easy access to numerous walking routes in a quiet, unspoiled part of the world. Our hosts were friendly and responsive to our needs.
