I don’t really want to tell you about this place in case it gets so booked up that I can’t get a booking again! We absolutely loved it. Everything was well organised inside and all fixtures and fittings were high quality. The kitchen was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Plenty of space for the two of us to sleep in the front bedroom with the beautiful sea view and have the second bedroom as a dressing room. (You could sleep 7 people in the beds available). Secure parking for the car and easy access for loading/unloading. We came prepared with wetsuits for kayaking but it was a bit windy for us novices to feel safe doing it. The views from two directions of the lodge are stunning and you will leave feeling soooo relaxed like we did. Thank you Josephine for making g our stay so lovely. We will be back.

We are just home from our stay in Agnes’ unique farmhouse stay. We were a bunch of friends staying there for an event and we have already said we will return for the same event next year! 🤞🏼 Evelyn is a super host and she really couldn’t do enough for us! Agnes is a wonderful lady and delighted in company. It was a pleasure to meet her. This is a peaceful, characterful, proper-farm stay home. The beds were so comfy, the welcome scones delicious, the views and sunrises from the outdoor patio area stunning. I very highly recommend you consider this AirBnB for your stay in Ahakista.

Clean, cute, and cozy! This was an ideal spot for a great starting point into the Ring of Kerry. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!
