Holiday rentals with a patio in Mouresi

Ολα εξαιρετικά, περάσαμε φανταστικά, μας βοήθησαν πάρα πολύ οι οικοδεσπότες τόσο με προτάσεις για την περιοχή όσο και με τη διαμονή μας. Καλοδέχτηκαν το σκυλάκι μας και μας παρείχαν ο,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Το σπίτι υπέροχο ! Ευχαριστούμε ♥️

Πέρασα υπέροχα! Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό, άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειάστηκα. Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική και ήσυχη, ιδανική για ταξίδι εργασίας ή χαλάρωση. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενικός και διαθέσιμος για κάθε απορία. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω ξανά!

The flat was very clean and stylish. The bed was amazing and there was a mosquito net on the window, so we could leave it open at all times. There was a spaceous place to sit outside, sourrounded by nature. It was very quiet at night and bird singing woke us up in the morning. The huge parking was just in front of the building. The nearest shop was 150 m away, the seaside and city center were cca 300 m away. The best part of this amazing experience was the host. Filitsa was kind and nice, she responded very fast to our every question and gave us many local recommendations. She helped us with advice, even when we were not her guest anymore. We had a feeling she really cares for all her guests. This was one of our best accomodations in 10 years. And beaches were also amazing. If you get a chance to stay at this place, you could count yourself lucky! I would love to do that again in the future!

Όλα ήταν τέλειαααα και τα πέντε αστέρια του είναι λίγο

Het is precies of je de eerste gast ooit bent! Alles is zeer proper. Je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt in de studio. Het is het mooiste gebouw in de omgeving. Er is een leuke buitenplaats waar je ‘s avonds op je gemak een aperitiefje kan drinken. Goede restaurants die je te voet kan bereiken. De parking was voor onze huurauto ook een meerwaarde! En de host was een berichtje verwijderd met snelle respons. Top drie van de beste air bnb’s die wij al bezocht hebben over heel de wereld! Dankjewel

Εξαιρετικός χώρος, καθαρός , μοντέρνος και άνετος. Διέθετε όλες τις ευκολίες και τον εξοπλισμό που μπορεί να ζητήσει κανείς. Πολύ σημαντικό το γεγονός ότι μπορούσες να αφήσεις το αυτοκίνητο σε διπλανό χώρο πάρκινγκ με μειωμένη τιμή.

Moderne und stylische Wohnung, Top-Lage (Restaurants, Supermarkt etc. in unmittelbarer Nähe). Ilia und seine Frau waren überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir wurden sogar zum Strand gebracht und zum Flughafen, obwohl wir nicht gefragt hatten. Einfache und schnelle Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin Ionna. Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία! Το σπίτι ήταν προσβάσιμο και μέσα στο κέντρο του χωριού.Είχε μέσα παροχές τις οποίες δεν βρίσκεις σε αλλά σπίτια,όπως για παράδειγμα μια λακ για τα μαλλιά,σερβιέτες,πιστολάκι-ακόμη και άλλο εξάρτημα στο πιστολάκι για σγουρά μαλλιά. Το μπαλκονακι εξαιρετικό,καθαρό και ήσυχο.Με πολύ ωραίο φωτισμό το βράδυ. Πολύ καθαρός χώρος με γεμάτη ντουλαπα όπως έξτρα σεντόνια,μαξιλάρια,πάπλωμα,πετσέτες και μια κουζίνα πλήρης εξοπλισμένη με είδη μαγειρικης και μια μεγάλη γκάμα από σκεύη για μαγείρεμα. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και το έχω ήδη προτείνει και σε αλλά άτομα!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit auf der Insel. Die Wohnung war sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Vermieter ließen die Wohnung nach drei Tagen Aufenthalt sauber machen und brachten uns, da es etwas kälter wurde eine dicke Decke vorbei, sehr angenehm. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und kümmerte sich gut um uns. Einzige Abzüge wären die sehr niedrigen Decken, mein Partner hat sich ständig den Kopf gestoßen 😅. Auch die Außstattung der Küche lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig, wie Schneidbrett und ein scharfes Messer. Ansonsten alles in allem sehr angenehme Wohnung in etwas abgelegender und ruiger Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder! ☺️

Our stay at Kaiti Studios was just wonderful. The area is perfect for a relaxing holiday, Koukounaries Beach is a short walk, also you can walk directly to some beaches in the north side of the island (for example Elias Beach) which takes around 20 Minutes through a beautiful forrest. Close by are great restaurants (with also vegan and vegetarian options), a small supermarket and some bars. The Bus stop is very close and we never waited more than 5 minutes for a bus. Alexandros is a great host! He always replied immediately and greeted us always kindly. During our 1 week stay our room got cleaned twice. There is a small kitchen with everything one could need. Can only recommend this place. Alexandros, thank you for the beautiful time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place is wonderfully quiet. In the morning, all you can hear are the birds and the local church bell. Mia, the dog, is incredibly friendly, intelligent, and great company during breakfast outside. We visited at the end of March, so the nights were still a bit chilly, but the fireplace warmed up the space quickly. It was our first time in Greece, let alone Pelion, and Nikki provided us with valuable tips about the local area. We would definitely love to come back!

Nous avons loué le logement pour un week-end et c’était parfait. La communication était excellente et l’appartement très propre. Nous recommandons ce logement pour un week-end sans hésiter.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad! Er is een leuk zitje waar je privé in de schaduw kan zitten. Het huisjes is compleet, schoonmaakspullen, kruiden aanwezig. Kiriaki regeert snel als je haar iets vraagt. We hebben 2 keer gegeten in het restaurant van haar broer, Castella, een aanrader!! Je zit aan de zee! Erg veel leuke restaurantjes dichtbij. Het huisje zit in het rustige gedeelte, op loopafstand van de drukte. Perfect! Dank voor de mooie week!

We loved Carlas place. We had a little trouble locating it due to a poor phone signal and the taxi driver refusing to drop us anywhere but the port. Once we arrived it was a perfect location for the beach, bars and restaurants which were all within walking distance. Carla’s communication was great and she was very helpful. Would definitely recommend and we hope to stay here again.

Mata was wonderful, the best host we've had! She's very kind, attentive, she gave us great recommendations and exceeded every expectation. The house is beautiful, spacious and comfortable, every little detail shows the love and dedication with which Mata cares for it. Every space delicately perfumed and the whole house was impeccably clean. The porch/terrace is a great space for eating and spending time with family and has a great view of the sea. The island is beautiful and the house is very well located, near the port, the center of the town, and the bus station. Every beach we went to was beautiful and not too far away. Even though there are a few stairs to climb to get there, the view from the house is worth the climb. There are also some stairs inside the house so people with reduced mobility should be aware of that. We had an incredible time in Skiathos and at Mata's place, if you had the goodluck to find this house dont doubt it! It's worth it. Both Mata and the house are a 100!

Δεν υπάρχουν λόγια για τη θέα ..τουλάχιστον καταπληκτική! Ο χώρος καθαρός και προσεγμένος ! Ο ιδιοκτήτης επικοινωνεί άμεσα ώστε να δώσει οδηγίες για το σπίτι καθώς χρειάζεται κάποια καθοδήγηση αν δεν γνωρίζεις την περιοχή. Θα ήταν προτιμότερο να δημιουργηθει χάρτης καθοδήγησης και να σχεδιάσετε πάνω την διαδρομή και ένα keybox ώστε να διευκολύνετε επισκέπτες που δεν είναι διαθέσιμοι για συχνή τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία και δεν γνωρίζουν ακριβώς την ώρα άφιξης στο κατάλυμα. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία!

Dimitirs was extremely helpful providing recommendations for our stay in Skiathos. He communicated ahead of our arrival where to meet him to be guided to the villa as cars cannot reach the front door. The villa was spacious and perfectly clean. Ideal location if wanting to walk and explore Skiathos city!

Ο χώρος είναι ακριβώς όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Πεντακάθαρος , περιποιημένος και με επιπλέον εκπληξεις από την οικοδέσποινα με προσωπική πινελιά!!! Το μόνο που υπάρχει σαν αγκαθακι είναι ότι δεν μπορεί να το βγάλει σαν διεύθυνση το GPS γιατί είναι αδιέξοδο σαν δρόμος και δεν το πιάνει. Αυτό όμως ΔΕΝ είναι παράλειψη από την οικοδέσποινα. Παρόλα αυτά η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ επικοινωνιακη και πρόθυμη για να μας βοηθήσει να το βρούμε!

Οροφοδιαμέρισμα πολυ κοντα στο κεντρο του Βολου και πσραλληλα σε ησυχη περιοχη. Ανετο που μας εκανε να νιωθουμε σν το σπιτι μας. Η οικοδέσποινα μας υποδεχτηκε, οχι σαν ενοικιαστες αλλα σαν αγαπημένους συγγενείς της. Πραγματικά η σταση της απέναντί μας ηταν συγκινητική. Την ευχαριστούμε και ευχομαστε κάθε καλό σε σε αυτη και την οικογένειά της.

Άνετο, καθαρό και ζεστό σπίτι! Εύκολο παρκάρισμα με ήσυχη γειτονιά.Ο οικοδεσπότης ανταποκρίνεται άμεσα. Το μόνο μειονέκτημα ότι είναι στον 2ο όροφο χωρίς ασανσέρ.

The host Aλικη was very accommodating and responded to my messages immediately. I felt very comfortable in the accommodation at all times. The next time I visit Volos I will check again to see if Aλικη's loft is available!

Ešte raz ďakujem. Povestná grécka dobrosrdečnosť a pohostinnosť. Cítila som sa ako doma, a tak som zmenila plány a ostala som v apartmáne o niekoľko dní dlhšie. Vidíme sa budúce leto!

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, man ist ganz schnell in den Einkaufsstraßen von Volos und hat eine große Auswahl von Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung. Der Blick auf den Hafen ist sehr interessant. Der große Balkon lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und genau wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt in Volos bei einer sehr zuvorkommenden Gastgeberin.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! First of all, the impeccable cleanliness of the place made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The view from the house is simply stunning, a true haven of peace that invites relaxation. The hosts were incredibly kind and always available to answer our questions and provide us with tips about the area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the location is perfect, close to Volos, allowing us to enjoy both the tranquility of the place and the easy access to the city. We highly recommend this property and hope to return soon!
