Οι πρόγονοι της οικογένειας το 1905 κατασκεύασαν αυτό το κτίριο με τη νεοκλασική τάση της εποχής, γιά τη χρήση ενός μικρού εμπορικού καταστήματος. Σήμερα σκεφτήκαμε να το ανακαινίσουμε και να προσφέρουμε άνεση και ηρεμία στον επισκέπτη, μέσα σε ένα καταπράσινο αγρόκτημα γεμάτο ορτανσίες, οπωροφόρα δένδρα και με θέα το απέραντο γαλάζιο του Αιγαίου πελάγους. Σε όλο το σπίτι υπάρχει κεντρική θέρμανση και 2 κλιματιστικά .

Ο χώρος μου είναι κοντά σε υπέροχη θέα, παραλία, εστιατόρια και χώροι εστίασης και τέχνη και πολιτισμός. Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: η θέα, η τοποθεσία, οι άνθρωποι, το περιβάλλον και ο εξωτερικός χώρος. Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο, επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες.Όσο για τα κατοικίδια μόνο μικρά δεν επιτρέπεται να τα αφήνετε μόνο τους στο σπίτι και χρέωση είναι 10 € ανά μέρα.
