Holiday rentals with breakfast in Mueang Phuket District

the place was excellent. Amazing host, everytime we needed something, the team got back to us asap with the best solution. totally worth it. My only suggestion, please keep a microwave in the kitchen. rest everything is perfect. Ps. it's a gated community (of about 8 Vilas) with guards. So it's very safe.

Host David was very responsive to my queries and you can be assured of his clear instructions. Housemaid was very friendly, cooks very well for a large group like ours (18 with kids), and she kept the house clean and tidy. We are happy to return to a tidy house. Location was an hour from airport and 0.5 hour from Patong beach. But there’s a lot of privacy if you wish to plan a quiet time out. Will recommend house to anyone with big group, and fuss free. House maid can plan almost everything for you from meals to taxi bookings.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour en couple dans une de ces villas dont l'emplacement est absolument parfait. Le logement se trouve au bout d'une route à 3minutes de la plage, entouré de collines et d'arbres. L'environnement est très calme, ça a été extrêmement agréable tout au long de notre séjour. First of all Tracey is an amazing host. Her professionalism and dedication to her guests are unmatched. She ensured every aspect of our stay was hassle and stress free allowing our group to have the most amazing time ever. Kuhn View is an amazing asset. With our dynamic schedules during our stay, we required a lot of transportation. All coordination was handled expertly and efficiently. We were never late and we were able to make the most of our time off. Bum, our villa attendant was absolutely heaven sent. Her cooking is absolutely phenomenal and her care and service to our group was amazing. I loved every second of my stay here and I highly recommend working with Tracey and her staff. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!

这次住宿能选到这个别墅还是很幸运的，房东和管家全程1对1服务，大部分行程都是管家帮忙安排制定，很方便，虽然别墅靠山上点，但是这次雨季发洪水一点没影响到我们，很幸运，小朋友在泳池玩水都很开心，走下去一点点路就有711超市，按摩店，还有很多饭店，总体还是很满意。

We had an excellent time at this villa. The pool is big! House is big and clean. The 2 housekeepers at the villa were amazing. They made the whole experience even better! Thank you for a great time.

Maison thai en bois flanquée de deux terrasses Entourée d’arbre la maison est légèrement ventée et bien aérée, ce qui ne justifie pas la climatisation J’ai aimé ce logement qui reflète une maison de vacances agréable et sereine sans télévision et dotée d’une très bonne wifi. Très bon accueil de la part de Babushka qui tient un excellent restaurant à proximité et qui m’a reçu en ami . Je reviendrai !

Having stayed in Phuket a few times, this place is by far the best one I’ve stayed at. Everything was as advertised and their hospitality was impeccable. It’s real easy to access to/from patong beach using the Grab app since it literally has its preset location saved in the app which was great for getting to/from anywhere. There’s 2 grocery stores less than 2 minutes walking from the villa along with 2 restaurants we ate at almost every night. The place was spotless and very clean and we will definitely be coming back. FIVE STARS!!!

Vi havde to rigtig gode uger i lejligheden. For to par er det en skøn lejlighed med god plads både inde og ude. Fra balkonen er der en fantastisk udsigt ud over Karon. Der er ca. 70m fra landevejen op til boligkomplekset. Og “op” skal tages alvorligt. Vejen stiger ca. 15%, så pulsen stiger godt når man traver derop. De har en fin lille ladbil som fungerer som shuttlebus. De kører fra bygningen og ned i lokalområdet, og henter gæsterne igen. De yder servicen fra ca. kl. 9:00 til 16:00. Med mindre bilen bliver brugt til andre små opgaver. Alt i alt kan vi kun sige gode ting om vores ophold.

Tusen takk for en fin måned på kamala regent. Definitivt en plass jeg hadde ro og fred. Treningsrom var inkludert og det passet meg perfekt da jeg ville ha den siste måneden min i Thailand med trening rundt fredelige omgivelser. beautiful place, relaxing and the cleanest spot we went to in our Thailand adventure! they are very accommodating as well with tons of excursions available. only 20 minutes form old town too. very quiet place if that's what you're looking for

Highly recommend staying here especially if you are wanting to train on the Soi! Walking distance to all gyms cafes etc the pool aircon and washing machine are a huge plus!!!

Pew went above and beyond to accommodate my early arrival. Great guy, super communicative and the property is exactly as described.20 mins walk to the night life but I enjoyed walking back down the beach tbf. Whilst also having the benefits of the quiet at night and much better value local restaurants and bars.

Great location. Walkable distance to a lot of surrounding places and beach. Room had everything I needed real comfortable stay. Only complaint is AC kept going out. Maintenance assisted problem each time. Overall 4.5/5 for me. Thank you.

It was an amazing experience of living above the ocean 🌊 Adrian is a perfect host and kind friendly person. It was all about beauty, aesthetics and local coloring with nice surprises. Absolutely enjoyed! Location is walkable to the Kata center and in the same time away from the bustle. Highly recommended 😻

This homestay is a very friendly and clean place for gay couples. There is a big swimming pool which opened 24 hours.Besides，each saturday night，there is a party very nice.What's more，the hosts are very easygoing and generous.They took us to the patong beach and told us many gay bars in the second day we came.And our flight is at night，they agreed to check out late. You should be here to have a very nice trip.

Accès en longtail organisé au départ de pier de Chalong. Arrivé sur une plage deserte (ça fait du bien). Bungalow individuel, 3 piscines et un restaurant très correct avec personnel adorable. Nous avons adoré et le conseillons à ceux qui aiment la tranquillité.

Nice comfortable clean compact room but big enough for a king size bed, next to a great restaurant, 7/11 and local shops. Free breakfast and I appreciate the 2 bottles of water left by staff in front of my door everyday. Thanks.
