Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Souterrain Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für zwei Personen. Euch erwartet ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbett, ein modernes Bad und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Bei schönem Wetter könnt ihr draußen auf der Terrasse entspannen. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Untergeschoss unseres bewohnten Einfamilienhauses. Wir leben hier als Familie mit Kindern. In nur 5 Minuten seid ihr in der Natur – perfekt für Spaziergänge, auch mit Hund. Wir freuen uns auf euch!

Cozy maisonette apartment

Das ca. 28 m² große Atelier Galerie Blau wurde zu einer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung im Maisonettestil mit separatem Eingang und kleiner Gartenterrasse umgebaut. Im oberen Bereich befindet sich die Schlaf- und Arbeitsebene mit einer Doppelbett Liegefläche von 180x200m. Im Erdgeschoss ist der Essbereich mit einer Kochnische und einem Sofa, was bei Bedarf zu einer Schlafcouch ausgeklappt werden kann. Direkt daneben befindet sich das kleine Duschbad. Ebenso steht Euch eine Wachmaschine zur Verfügung.

Ankommen, durchatmen und wohlfühlen, das erwartet euch in unserer liebevoll gestalteten Dachgeschosswohnung. Warme Holzfußböden und eine behagliche Atmosphäre machen sie zu einem Rückzugsort über den Dächern. Die Wohnung bietet zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, ein modernes Bad und einen Flur. Ob als Familie, mit Freunden, als Paar oder beruflich unterwegs, ihr sollt euch vom ersten Moment an wohl fühlen. Bei fünf Personen schläft eine Person komfortabel im Wohnbereich.

The 50 m² apartment with separate entrance and private parking is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of a field and yet only 300 m to the baker. The smoke-free basement with 5 windows has a hallway with a wardrobe, a daylight shower room with a hairdryer and vanity mirror and a 40 m² living/bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed), armchair, large smart TV, Wi-Fi/VDSL, telephone, desk, 140 cm wide bed and shutters. Pets on request.

Fully equipped 2 room studio in quiet, natural location 12 min from Darmstadt. The newly created studio is part of a 1-family house with separate entrance, kitchen and complete bathroom. One parking space available. Major supermarkets, Post O, pharmacy and restaurants in walking distance. Bus lines NE, N and O 6 min walking distance, as is train station with direct connection to FRA and DA north station near Merck. Highways A5/A67 are 5.5 km and FRA Int Airport a 30 minute drive away.

Nice little apartment in the Martinsviertel!

The 30 sqm bright apartment is located in the popular Darmstadt Martinsviertel. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016. There is a separate entrance/exit to the apartment from the street. Guests are welcome to go out into the garden to relax. The tram to the main train station and the city, the city center and the Technical University of Darmstadt can be reached within 10 minutes. The apartment is rented by us for 2 days to a maximum of 1 month.

The loft in the middle of Bickenbach on Bergstraße is the ideal base for numerous leisure activities for up to five people. The Odenwald, but also the metropolises of Frankfurt or the cultural city of Heidelberg are easily accessible. If you are looking for a retreat for concentrated work, this is also the place to be. In the middle of a historic property, the terrace with garden views invites you to linger. The gigabit Internet is perfect for video conferencing.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential street, between Darmstadt and Weiterstadt. It is well connected to public transportation (RMV). In our street (approx. 3-minute walk), the bus runs every 30 minutes. The F bus can be reached in approx. 10 minutes, it runs every 15 minutes. Darmstadt central train station is less than 2.5 km away. Likewise, the connection to the highway. Frankfurt can be reached in 20 minutes. The Loop 5 shopping center is nearby.

Pretty guest apartment below the vineyards

This beautiful apartment is located directly below the vineyards in Auerbach and is ideally suited as a starting point for hikes or mountain bike tours in the charming surroundings. It consists of a room with integrated kitchenette and adjoining large bathroom with shower and bath. Guests can relax on the large, rear-facing terrace overlooking the countryside. This apartment is in the same house as the "Pretty guest room with bathroom/kitchen".
