Bei schönem Wetter könnt ihr draußen auf der Terrasse entspannen. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Untergeschoss unseres bewohnten Einfamilienhauses. Wir leben hier als Familie mit Kindern. In nur 5 Minuten seid ihr in der Natur – perfekt für Spaziergänge, auch mit Hund. Wir freuen uns auf euch!

Die helle, sehr ruhig gelegene 2,5 Zi-Wohnung in Mühltal liegt am Tor zum Vord. Odenwald. Sie ist neu renoviert und besticht u.a. durch einen schönen S/O-Balkon. Alle Räume sind hell, stilvoll eingerichtet und bieten alles für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt. Sie verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang sowie einen Parkplatz. Mit nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zur A5 liegen wir zentral für Städte wie Heidelberg, Frankfurt. Ein idealer Ort für alle, die Ruhe, Natur und gute geographische Anbindung schätzen.

Das ca. 28 m² große Atelier Galerie Blau wurde zu einer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung im Maisonettestil mit separatem Eingang und kleiner Gartenterrasse umgebaut. Im oberen Bereich befindet sich die Schlaf- und Arbeitsebene mit einer Doppelbett Liegefläche von 180x200m. Im Erdgeschoss ist der Essbereich mit einer Kochnische und einem Sofa, was bei Bedarf zu einer Schlafcouch ausgeklappt werden kann. Direkt daneben befindet sich das kleine Duschbad. Ebenso steht Euch eine Wachmaschine zur Verfügung.

The 30 sqm bright apartment is located in the popular Darmstadt Martinsviertel. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016. There is a separate entrance/exit to the apartment from the street. Guests are welcome to go out into the garden to relax. The tram to the main train station and the city, the city center and the Technical University of Darmstadt can be reached within 10 minutes. The apartment is rented by us for 2 days to a maximum of 1 month.
