The apartment is located in a private house with two residential units. They live the entire first floor, their landlord lives in the second. The house is in a quiet residential area and is 3 minutes walk to bus stop and village center. Falzes is well connected with public transport, every 30 minutes there is a bus connection to Brunico. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living-dining area, bathroom and day toilet and a large terrace.

On foot you can reach the parish church and the pedestrian zone of Bruneck in less than five minutes. The Kronplatz valley station is a five-minute drive away. A bus stop is very close. Our apartment is about 70 square meters and is a 5-minute walk from the center. Break away directly from the house into nature for a walk, hike, or Nordic walking. 5 minutes by car and you reach the Kronplatz (ski resort). The local tax is €1.75/night/person and is required upon arrival. From January 1, 2024, the local tax in Bruneck will be €2.50/person/night.
