I rent out a 60 m² apartment with 3 rooms for 4 people. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a solid wood house built in 2016 at the end of a cul-de-sac (no through traffic). Kitchen amenities include dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and Senseo as well as coffee pods, tea and spices. In the bathroom (with shower & toilet) you will find fresh bath and hand towels as well as a hairdryer. Chairs and a table are available for the outdoor area.

Konrad's apartment is simply a dream. It is very spacious, you have plenty of space, the kitchen is great. Everything you need is there in sufficient quantity. We lacked nothing. Our little son also felt comfortable right away. Konrad was always approachable, is totally uncomplicated and simply took care of us very nicely. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet. There is a great playground in the immediate vicinity. From Wolframs-Eschenbach, you can quickly reach the lakes or Ansbach by car. We will be happy to come back.

We really enjoyed the days at the Schwedenhaus! The house is not only beautifully and lovingly decorated, but also perfectly equipped – we didn't lack anything. The location is wonderfully quiet and ideal for a relaxing break with family. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, communication with Mareike warm and reliable – we felt completely comfortable. Thank you, dear Mareike – we will be happy to come back!

The accommodation is a small cottage on a hill in Büchelberg (about five kilometers from the Altmühlsee). It is located in a cul-de-sac and is really quiet. Gunzenhausen is not far away and is often the starting point for bike tours through the Franconian lake landscape. The reception by the hosts was very warm and was rounded off by a detailed briefing of the house (which is on the same property as the host's, by the way). The spacious garden with fruit trees, vegetable beds and fish pond can be shared. The house is just as beautiful as shown in the pictures. The winter garden leads directly into the kitchen. The many windows make everything look bright and spacious. The highlight is certainly the sauna, which was used extensively. A lounger or rocking chair then offer the opportunity to relax. The space can be recommended without reservation. Rolf and his wife are great hosts.

Beautiful, very clean and lovingly furnished apartment in a central location. Everything you need as a family is available: fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, coffee, iron, ironing board, WiFi, newly renovated, hygienic bathroom. The landlady was extremely friendly and responded to every question immediately – great contact! The sleeping area in the roof niche is cozy and popular with the children, but unfortunately too hot to sleep in the summer, as the heat accumulates and there is no window for a draft. The couch in the living room was a good substitute. Bakery right next door (very tasty), but noisy in the early morning due to delivery traffic - better to close the window. Good restaurants (Italian, hotel restaurant, ice cream parlor,...) just a few steps away. Short-term parking in front of the house is possible, large free parking lot with charging station 3 min. away. Very pleasant stay - clear recommendation! Thank you for this super nice stay.
