The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

Welcome to my charming one-bedroom guest apartment, located in a beautifully designed architectural building with three units. After a thorough renovation in 2024 it is ideal for long-term business or leisure stays and accommodates up to two guests. Spacious, quiet, safe and very bright accommodation, above the rooftops of the city, as well as great views of the garden towards the forest. Everything you need for a cozy stay can be found here and the unobstructed view of the garden can be enjoyed from the sofa. The city, the CentrO. and the nearby huge Ruhrpark invite you to take a walk. Above all, the apartment is absolutely quiet, private and secluded. Note, we don't have an elevator.

Hospitality is very important to us! Our cozy and personal apartment is ideal for a short or longer stay in our diverse Mülheim and the surrounding area. Very good infrastructure due to the central location in the Ruhr area. Düsseldorf Airport and the trade fair city of Essen can be reached in 15/20 minutes! The Max Planck Institute is a 5-minute walk, as is the forest and the Ruhr! There are many excursion destinations for all ages!

We've had a wonderful stay at Lar's place! The apartment was beautifully modern with tasteful decor that made it feel both stylish and welcoming. Everything we needed was available, a well-equipped kitchen, a clean bathroom, and a comfortable space. The space was incredibly cozy, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The location was well connected to public transport. Lars was very responsive and communicative on any subject we needed help with. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and modern place to stay in the area!

What a beautiful apartment! Incredible value for money. Even though it’s cosy, it’s an open, light and spacious place. It is very close to public transport, so easy to get to the Stadtmitte, and also Duisburg/Essen/Oberhausen, but you can’t hear the road at all - so peaceful. Klaus was very kind! He greeted me at my check-in time, gave me a quick tour, and explained everything in person (keys, wifi, trash, etc). I would happily stay here again :)

We had a hassle-free check-in and a warm welcome from the hostess. The entire apartment was in a clean condition with a very good level of equipment. A fully equipped kitchen, TV in living room and bedroom, very good beds were a pleasant feel-good factor for us. The location is very quiet (dead end) and close to the center. For us, a reason to check in again in this apartment. Thank you!
