In addition, a balcony and free parking on the premises are available. The apartment is located in the center of the Ries Geopark with only about 10 km away from the famous old town of Nördlingen.

The apartment is on the first floor. It has a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Bicycles can be stored in the garage. From the roof terrace you have great views over the city.
