We stayed in this apartment last month. Our stay was very pleasant and everything was great. The house was well-equipped with all necessary amenities and Jannik was very helpful. We were very satisfied with everything and would like to come again. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience! We would also like to thank Ms. Petra in the end.

Fantastic cottage! Very nice and efficiently furnished. Wonderful beds and fine bathroom & kitchen. And everything is super clean. We had beautiful weather, so we enjoyed sitting in the garden. Between the birds. The cottage is located on a nice and quiet park. Nice place in a beautiful setting! The host, Vera, is extremely helpful and nice. She responds very quickly to messages. Highly recommended!

Marc's place was perfect for exploring the slopes! communication was good and parking was provided. the home was clean and functional and had everything we needed. would recommend!

Thomas is very friendly, and kind. check in was smooth. the apartment is very clean. I feel absolutely comfortable. location is not right jn the centre, but I like it even more!! very peaceful, quiet and clean area. I can recommend!

Great apartment with all the essentials - balcony was a great addition. It’s a small space but very well organised. The host family were extremely welcoming and helpful. We stayed for a week and felt totally at home.

A lovely place with plenty of space to enjoy. The hot tub and pool are really added value. We enjoyed ourselves every second.

Cannot fault Satik and Hayk. They went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was comfortable and that we had all that we needed. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. We will be back and would definitely recommend. Our German was not the best but the hosts made every effort to help us to navigate the area and make recommendations. A lovely lovely couple and it was a privilege to stay with them.

We had a wonderful time at the small, cozy forest hut in Nunspeet! The location in the middle of the countryside is fantastic – perfect for anyone looking for peace or walking. The surrounding area offers countless opportunities for long, relaxed walks through the woods. The cabin itself was very clean, lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need. We particularly liked the fireplace – on cooler evenings it made for a really cozy atmosphere. The SmartTV with Netflix access was also a nice touch. The kitchen was small but equipped with everything you need, and the wifi worked smoothly. Supermarkets and other shopping can be reached in minutes by car which was very convenient. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be happy to come back!

Great location, quiet location, but within 2 minutes in the center with restaurants, shops and at the IJssel. Everything is super well taken care of and cozy. Very friendly, welcoming family!

The Apartment was well appointed, clean and welcoming. All we needed during our week’s stay were provided for. Lidl supermarket is just a stone’s throw away from the apartment hence the convenience of home cooked meals. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay at Havixbeck.

We found a very clean, cozy furnished and high-quality apartment. The ambience of the apartment is incredibly beautiful, the surroundings are fantastic, within walking distance of the town and the exterior stones. We felt very comfortable. Check-in was straightforward and the host responded promptly to questions. We fully recommend the place🙂

The stay with Andrea and Patrik completely met our expectations in every respect: an ambiance in a very nice, spacious and quiet apartment, also with the possibility to use and enjoy the beautiful garden. The direct proximity to the customs union is excellent if there is interest in the local cultural program; the city center of Essen is also quick to reach. Andrea and Patrik already informed us before arrival about current cultural events and great sightseeing and excursion opportunities in the area, and were also always easily accessible during the stay. We highly recommend this accommodation and would come back anytime!
